I had a wonderful experience with them today. I bought a used van from Detroit. It started acting up a week later. MasterShift checked it over, topped off the transmission fluid, tweaked a few things and gave me the good word that there is no solid evidence of needing a new tranny. These guys were polite, honest, and super professional. I'll be bringing all my transmission work here from now on and recommend them any chance I get.

Always have great service at mastershift. I bring all my trucks to them. Company trucks and my personal trucks. They have good customer service and are knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my trucks to them.

The customer service was fantastic! I believe I dealt with the manager and he was very kind. I drove an hour to come here because of my transmission. Back in my city no transmission shop had great reviews. It was worth the drive and I was listened to. Thank you for looking over my vehicle and giving me your honest input!

Kept the car for 3 days without a status update or an ETA on the diagnostic check. Then, charged us $80 even though they advertised a free diagnostic check and said all they did was clear some alerts for us. Not only did we still have problems with the car but we found out through a much better body shop that our problem was covered by an extended warranty and all we had to do was take it to the dealership. These guys are jokers. Don't waste your time.

This is the only company that rebuilt the transmission on my Camaro and it actually lasted. Still going strong 3 years later. 3 different shops tried and transmission failed within a year. Not only that, but they have helped me on other transmission related issues that have saved me a ton of money. I recommend them to everybody. Thanks MasterShift.

My van drives better than new.Very glad I used them for my rebuild.Friendly and very transparent about the process and available options.Of course most important for anyone reading this was the price. Lower than any other place I visited.Hopefully I'll never need to visit a transmission shop again, knock on wood, but if myself or my family ever needs to I wouldn't go anywhere else.
