  There's never any small carts available. At my regular Meijer, I have to usually walk to the home side to find one, but this Meijer had none anywhere, so I had to use a giant cart for my few groceries. It seems like that would be a sign that you should purchase more small carts.

  Tammy at the front desk has an attitude problem. She's extremely rude to customers. Due to her attitude and disrespect she has towards customers I will not be returning. There where other customers who was discussing her disgusting attitude towards them as well. Meijer management needs to do something about this mean employee

  Teresa M is on a power trip on the self check out today. She demeaned the other self checkout cashier because she didn’t notice additional items with security tags. Then she made a scene where all the the other customers were thinking we were criminals trying to steal a $10 bottle of vodka. The final straw was when she told us we could collect our item after we paid and verified our receipt. We have over $500 in savings so far this year aka we only shop at Meijer and it’s only February. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere if your employees want to make customers feel like criminals!

  I was .73 cents short I kept telling the cashier it wasn’t going to go through because I looked at my account right as I put my card in and kept asking me what and I kept having to repeat myself because he was too stoned and there was all these people staring at me it wasn’t a big purchase but have never felt so judged for being low income ever how expensive they are making everything is so painful when you can’t I walked out the store balling

  This is a beautiful store with so many groceries. However, if you’re going to have a gluten-free section, it should probably include gluten-free foods -not the same as protein alternatives, most of which have gluten!

  The new process at the self checkout is absurd.
  
  I and multiple other people I know have been stopped numerous times over the past 2 months so the employees guarding the self checkout could verify that we were indeed, not stealing anything.
  
  Y'all created this problem when you took cashier jobs away and introduced self-service. Find a better way to fix it.
  
  Stop harassing people who are just trying to get in, get what we need, and get out.

  If I could give no stars I would after last night. December 20th 2024. I was shopping with my friend and my service dog for about a hour when I had a gentleman come up to me and tell me that my dog could not be in the store because ot could take 1 child for her to bite. I told him my dog Sir would not bite a child and that I work for forest hills public schools district and that she goes to work with me every day. He then told me that she jumped up some one. Well.yes she did my friend that was with me and she did so because they are best friends. The gentleman's name was Kelly. Kelly never asked me the 2 thing's they are supposed to ask. #1- if she is a service dog even though I had her pink service vest on and #2 if he could she her papers which I would have kindly showed him. Then he tried to say that she jumped up on him NO SHE DID NOT..... I told him to show me the video of where she jumped up on him he wouldn't. I was looking for my friend so I could get my stuff out of the cart so I could just get away from him because he was so rude for the first moment he walked up on me. He told me if I didn't leave he would get on the phone. I told him that if I called the cops he could get in trouble for what he is doing to my service dog. He didn't care he said. So as I'm getting my stuff from my friend he gets on the phone and telling whoever he is talking to that I'm not wanting to leave. I told him how do you expect me to leave when I don't have my stuff?? My friend walked up because we where on video chat Facebook before he walked up to me because I was asking her where she was. She walks up and hands me my jacket because she knows I'm having to leave the store. He keeps telling to whoever he is talk to that I'm not wanting to leave I told him how do I get in my car without my keys cause they were in my jacket packet. So when I get my stuff and I'm walking to the door's to leave I'm trying to put my jacket on before I walk outside he keeps telling whoever on the once more I'm not leaving. When I make it to the hallway entrance to walk out he tells the person once more I'm not wanting to leave. I told him I'm leaving he told me not fast enough for him. I've been in this store sooo many time's with my dog Sally. This broke my heart for someone to treat us this way. And for what? She wasn't bothering anyone in that store. The greeting lady's as we walked up front 20 minutes before was giving Sally love. I'm just lost for words. If sally did something wrong I would have owned up to what she did. The only person she jumped on was hers and mine's best friend

  Sure, billion dollar company with a monopolized space. Better quality then walmart, but they still don't care about you as a person

  NO FITTING ROOMS! Buy your clothes online if you are buying blindly. Didn't bother here.
  
  Same or more expensive than Walmart. The layout is similar. It is well varied in what they offer and you can find most of what you need.
  
  The large two pound bags of cereal were $1 more than Walmart for one. I should have bought it at Walmart. A bit disappointing.
  
  However, the people are generally respectful. The carts in the parking lot are put away. Either the customers do so or the employees are really on top of it.
  
  Also bought Mac & Cheese on sale, but the sale price was not reflected on the receipt. We were going to get this corrected at customer service, but it was closed.

  Stopped in to grab a quick gift for a dinner party. Clean store and everything was easy to find, quick help at self check out as well.
