This store is the worst store to go to as far as customer service, and the well being of the customer is concerned. The lady that works here practically wanted to hold me hostage to Metro, after I went in to get info to switch to Boost. Very RUDE! She gave me the wrong information to give to boost on purpose. The boost store employee had to call CS a few times and no one would help. My phone was smashed by someone and I needed this info to keep my same number. Even the boost store employee couldn’t believe it. Terrible service. I’ll never switch back to metro ever again.!

She's the best in customer service. Was very helpful when I purchased my phone and every time I go in with an issue Marta is also so patient to help me.

Store hours need updating, was hoping to save myself an hour today but door locked, nobody inside. Frustrating. Sign still shows 10am but I guess not.

Love this location, vary nice customer service and fast service. I highly recommend visiting this metro store. They have the best prices on phones and accessories. High five guys. Thank you for the new phone that cost me $0.
