Seems every time I go in here for any of my car audio needs, Dan is there to get the job done, not just right, but with the best quality as well as prices are very good compared to other places I've contacted!! Usually done same day for minor fixes, within the week !! Thanks Dan, you're in the right lane location!!

I found a good deal on a couple 10's and amp from a friend and took them into Mickey Shorr on Eastern. Dan quickly tested my equipment to see if it was functioning properly and if it could possibly be installed on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My subs and amp worked fine together so I wasn't there to shop for any equipment. The staff there never once tried to sell me on new a new amp or subs and told me they could install it with new cables and a bass dimmer for an incredible low price. I asked for suggestions on how I could make this system work better and sound better and was met with incredible advice if I ever needed/wanted to upgrade. On the day of scheduled installation, I was 3rd in line for work but the crew there worked hard to get me in and out. The results were awesome!? My new system sounds amazing and I couldn't ask for better service. I'll definitely go back to Eastern Mickey Shorr and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is upgrading their auto sound.Thanks Dan and Crew from Eastern Mickey Shorr.

Great service from Dan and Nate!! Very professional and patient. I will say the Awning could definitely use some love! Would make it more welcoming! I was hesitant to even go in it looks terrible. Thanks guys

Dan was truly incredible no other words for him. Dan was determined just figure out what was wrong with my subwoofer, and figured out the problem in just a few short minutes. Drove 45 minutes and was truly pleased with his excellent costumer service skills. I felt extremely proud to be a costumer from Mikey Shorrs. His amazing personality is perfect for this job!! I love being a customer from this company.

I’ve been coming here forever, starting with my first new car total system install. They’re the only ones I trusted not to scratch any interior and they did not disappoint. I usually do my own installs, and these guys are always great - from product knowledge to fantastic customer service. Especially Nate & Dan. Do not come here for audio service. If you do be sure to take your dash out yourself first, or else they will break it. This tech broke my dash in my nice silver car. When I told him I noticed the cracks he tried to tell me that there weren't any. But after a few minutes into our discussion he admitted to breaking it, told me he didn't think it was a big deal and apologized. Dan told me he'd have one in a few days, since then he has not called, I have called yet he blows me off. All over a simple radio uninstall to install like come on. I pay for your service the least they could do is stand behind their work yet they don't even do that! I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a new dash, I call and I get "Oh yeah I'm getting right on it" or "oh sorry I'm real busy today." I really wouldn't go there in general all the audio stuff they sell you can get cheaper anywhere else. On the other hand if you like getting your dash broke and not paid for or replaced. This is your kind of place.

The service I get at this location is PHENOMENAL. The downfall is how the front end of the building looks in perpetual disrepair. I believe more people would come to this location if the actual storefront was cleaned up or renovated. The buildings appearance doesn’t do justice for the awesome workers within its walls

Great Buisness. They offer good pricing and they really know their stuff. I trust them and their products. Super nice people and just a great place to buy. Dan was super nice helping me out and gave me good deals on everything he could. Definetly will be my new go to place for anything speakers or subwoofers.

Oh my gosh! I came in here on a whim after getting out of work. I had just recently bought a new to me car that was already wired but I was admittedly outside of my wheelhouse trying to figure it out. After visiting other local shops, I decided to make the 40 min drive to this location (Eastern Ave). Dan was amazing! He was able to check out my car and have a full system installed right then and there. While I was waiting, multiple other customers came in for various things. Dan was great! The guys in the shop were all super kind and helpful as well! I will definitely be back for any needs and will be sharing my experience with everyone that asks. Thank you guys.
