Pretty pleased with the Titanium program. The process is ok except for the blow dry system. It doesn't adequately dry the rear of my Forester well at all. Have to bring towels to dry it off, if not it's all waterspot dried on by the time I get home.

Man customer service isn't what it used to be. If a customer calls and makes a request, do it. I am getting charged on 3 separate cards when I only have 1 active account. I called yesterday and since I didn't have the windshield number 2 reps hung up on me. Ridiculous when they can look up my account via my phone number. I call again today and after 35 minutes nothing. I request to speak to a supervisor and for 20 minutes the rep went back and forth with me that they could assist me. That is irrelevant if I request supervisor yet back and forth for 20 minutes. Asking me what the issue is 4 times and 4 times I repeated myself. Then a supervisor wasn't available. Then the rep goes back and forth with me again instead of scheduling a call back. Now all of a sudden a supervisor is available. Convenient. Supervisor AB gets on the line and he goes back and forth with me that I have 2 accounts. Instead of canceling the secondary account since I only have one. Finally I said to cancel all my accounts. Just do what a customer requests not what you wanna do. I will go to Tommy's cause this is ridiculous. At least I won't get treated like an invalid when I go like I am unable to pick something as simple as a car wash. But then again all of this was simple and Mister lost a customer over it.

I came here for the first time and I got the titanium wash all l have to say is my car was not completely dry at all the dryers left so much water on my windshield and windows it’s ridiculous.

It used to be the best wash; but they keep on changing the location of the rinse. Before the car would have 3-5 seconds to let gravity dry the car but now they moved the rinse cycle closer to the dryers. It doesn’t have that time to drip dry if that makes sense so the cars end up leaving wetter because the water is being throwing just before the dryers idk i know my cars were way dryer before than now 😂😂😭😭😭

Major scratch on my car. I can understand a possible small scratch. But this was about 6 inches wide and 12 inches long. Will not be returning here
