North American Van Lines did an excellent job with all aspects of our move from Michigan to Minnesota. We were treated with respect and courtesy and received outstanding service, from the virtual estimate to the move preparation to the packing& loading to the final delivery. They even arranged to move our exercise equipment! We were informed of the process every step of the way by texts and emails. All our questions were answered promptly and politely. Special commendation to Marco, the estimator, Michelle, the moving coordinator, and Emmett, our driver and packer. Everything arrived safely and quickly. I highly recommend North American Van lines!

Paid more, and convinced my company to pay more, for a service that I did not receive. Made it clear to the salesperson, who is the GM, that we didn't want a reoccurrence of what happened in our last move to happen again. He did a wonderful job providing lip service how his company was going to avoid a reoccurrence but that was all it was. All the things we discussed never came to fruition and the packing and loading went terribly wrong. The only shining stars was the move coordinator and the crew that delivered. Move coordinator was very helpful and responsive with the questions we had, but she was limited in what she could help with for the physical move. The delivery crew was extremely professional, and their standard of care met our expectations. It was terrible the situation the packers put us in and the delivery crew. We move a lot for work (5 times in last 11 years) and this move was by far our worse experience. What made it difficult was we were not aware how bad until our goods arrived. Large items (mattresses, Sleep Number, Peloton, section of a couch, etc.) were not covered on the truck. Several items that are sets were in random boxes not logically or consistently labeled. You would expect when you hire a moving company there is a certain level of trust you can have that they will care for your personal items. Coming out of this experience I have zero trust that quality is a concern.

My moving experience was great ! It’s my first state to state move. The employees were great to work with . I received my items sooner than expected . Everything was handled with care . The estimator assured my things would be delivered and set up as agreed . A positive business experience.The cost was guaranteed without change , PAId on delivery . I would definitely call them on my next move. Thank you all so much .

We had a terrific experience start to finish. Kevin's quote was fast and efficient and very accurate. The process was transparent and we felt well prepared. Our packing and moving team (Danny and Christian) were fast and easy to work with. We found only one small wall ding and minimal (if any) damage to our goods.

Everything about our move was professional, and on time, especially given this time of the virus when we had to move. They communicated regularly, did exactly what they said they would do, very punctual on both ends of the move, and took great care of our belongings. We could not be happier with Kevin, our first contact and estimator, and Steve and John who managed the loading and unloading. I can’t imagine anything else I would have asked for.

Don't select them for a cross country move. I read many reviews, but most were from 2016. They promised a lot, we bought the best insurance, and had them move our household of 34 years across the country. They switched drivers on us, stored our stuff in the warehouse where it was damaged, then had a mover from an affiliate moving company drive our stuff to CA. Our "connection person," Brad did not communicate with us, and almost seemed like he was avoiding us as we drove across the country. I see that others have had similar issues, and I feel very bad for all others in our same situation. We had high value items in our load that were in perfect condition that were "fully insured." Some of these important items were damaged and one piece was even lost, and the settlement from North American did NOT cover the damaged or the lost item. We have gone back and forth with the North American company and their parent company, Sirva. They have not been honest with us about the "full" coverage or even that they would take send proper payment. Communication is terrible. I waited to write this review to give them a chance to make things right, but they closed the settlement without our input or dialogue. Don't choose them. Please.

If I could put zero stars I would. I handled this move for my boss. For starters they were to arrive a set date and the night before they called to say they could not come and work have to reschedule. We had people hired to navigate the move etc. and had to pay them anyways. They then rescheduled and we have to clear her calendar so she could be present and well as hire in again people to coordinate. After the goods were all packed we were given a date to that the products were to arrive and asked to make sure we had a check in hand to pay the driver. Well the truck arrived 2 days early and the owner of the goods had not yet even arrived in the new state. It was a huge inconvenience to find someone in her new town to come up with the money and be able to meet the truck. Also she had paid for the crew to un-assmble and then reassemble a couple of things. They items were un-assembled fine but at the arrival they said they could not and would not do it that we would need to call navl to have it done. I called Kevin Nieboer and he said he would call back - He never called back - I left 3 m,ore messages for him to call and no call back ever. The owner of the goods had to hire help to put the items back together - we would never use this service again

Nothing but 5 Stars for Brad and his crew. Everything was professional, timely and efficient. It was a pleasure working with Brad and his crew. Highly recommended.
