Went to Cascade Rd branch on Saturday. Went to the drive in which was marked as open. No one was there. I sent all banking thru the air chute. I waited , waited & waited. I used the call button 3 times to no avail. After 5 minutes, I went into the building. There was a line for 2 employes who were helping customers open new accounts. If you have to help customers in a cubicle up front, & leave the drive thru unwatched, turn the open sign off! This is not good customer skills!

Spent 12.5 hours waiting on the phone to log in to my business account. Recently First Midwest was sold to Old National. The transition was/is a nightmare. It has now been two days of not using my business checking account due to the mishandling of these issues. Go elsewhere for banking. Went in to a branch and they were unable to help. AVOID this bank!

absolute worst customer experience....not only ignorance but complete lack of disregard for their inability to complete basic banking practices. -add the rude and inconsiderate fumbling of customer service, why they even open their doors is a mystery. --better off using a mattress!

I would not recommend using Old Time National if you are a first time home buyer. Our loan officer Dan Cooper seemed to not care very much about our process and would frequently drop the ball on things. He had to be provided with my husbands email address not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times before he got it correct. He sent emails to the incorrect address multiple times including the link to access our secure online portal. I emailed Dan with the correct email address and was waiting to have my husband be able to get the email to access the portal, and he emailed me saying he needs us to complete these items asap.I had to call him and give him the correct address again. He was not very good at explaining things nor was he very good with getting back to us in a timely manner. Despite his lack of communication, he would pressure us to do things immediately despite us not fully understanding what was needed. He was supposed to supply us with documents to have third parties sign, and he failed to do this despite saying he would. This further delayed our loan application. Everything felt like it was being done very last minute despite being weeks in the making. Dan seemed to have us on the back burner and always seemed to busy for us. Would not recommend for first time buyers especially.

My wife and I recently moved from Colorado to Michigan and were not able to be physically located in Michigan during the majority of the loan process. Our loan officer Mike, along with Ally, made the process as easy as could be. He spent a very generous amount of time on the phone to determine what was best for our situation since we would be purchasing the new home before selling current one. Their use of technology to streamline document uploads and other necessary information was simple to use and effective. In fact, we never even met Mike, Ally, or went to a physical Old National Bank location during the whole process. We cannot say enough good things about Mike and Ally and the entire mortgage process at Old National Bank. They took what could have been a major headache and source of stress and turned it into a very clear, defined and stress free situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for mortgage or other banking needs. Their rates are extremely competitive, the service is second to none, and they really put the customer first. Great experience! THANK YOU MIKE AND ALLY!!!

they allowed china to scam 160 out of my account for silicone dolls they sent me plastic dolls instead and then the bank forced me to close my bank account I did everything the bank told me to do I sent the Dalles back to China and the bank took the money out of my account and told me that they were not going to refund my money do not bank with Old National hope they don't steal your money like they did mine
