The oreilleys team went above and beyond helping me find an oil drain plug for my motorcycle. My bike was not in the system however with a bit of research they were able to identify the thread pitch and bolt style and cross reference it with what they had in stock and got me back on the road.

Friendly knowledgeable workers at this location. I went to the auto zone across the street once and will never do that again. Those guys were rude and didn’t care about customers or their jobs. O’Reilly is where it’s at.

My battery died after work on Labor Day. I got a jump and headed over. They were still open, and everyone I talked to was incredibly helpful and friendly. They diagnosed my issue quickly, directed me to the right replacement battery, installed everything including my new wiper blades (which were on sale!). I will definitely be back the next time my car lets me down!

GO HERE BEFORE AUTOZONE!!! The gentlemen here immediately asked if I needed help and assisted me directly. They went above and beyond and without them I would have been stranded in the parking lot. The employees at autozone just watched as I tried and failed to fix my problem but the O'Reilly employees did not hesitate to help me. I am so grateful for their service.

Significantly more expensive than autozone for the items I picked up; the attitude of worker was rather short, and unlike autozone, this worker refused to help change the lights even after I explained I did not have the tools to change it myself. I will not be returning. The only reason I still purchased from this store is due to autozone being out of stock of the item I needed. I would not recommend this store to any other potential customers.

Went there early this afternoon today, excellent customer service and both of the workers were very helpful. I am traveling out of state for work and was very thankful I chose to stop at this location.
