I absolutely LOVE coming here. Everyone that works here is so so kind, nice and caring!!! I ship all my packages here and most of the time they have my label printed (I email it to them) out for me when I arrive. They all know who I am, they always say hi and they’re always so helpful. I cannot say enough good about this location!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars for this review. On 5/19, I brought three packages in for ‘best rate’ shipping. Ended up shipping only 2 due to high rates ($130 for both). Took the 3rd package to FedEx directly and they charged only $44 when Pak Mail quoted $71 for same package. Returned to this Pak Mail and inquired why pricing was so different. The young woman said, “Well, we have to make money”. I replied that I understood a $10 markup, but not $27 more! She replied again, “Well again, we have to make money!” I requested my packages back and said I will no longer be bringing my business here!

I will never ship anything through this store again. The store packed and shipped items sent out of state. We purchased additional insurance on these items. Items were broken in shipment. We provided all requested documentation. The claim process for said items has taken over 3 months to resolve. Lack of communication from anyone along the process. We had to hound them to get updates and move the process forward. Now we are told that they will NOT fully reimburse for the replacement items despite being told they would. Lots of weak reasons for our claim not being processed in a timely fashion. My advice ... look for other options to ship packages. Not worth the hassle.

After being broomed from LMCU to get a paper notarized. I went to Pak Mail to drop off a package. There in the lobby was a "we notarize" sign. So I'm very happy with them, i was in and out. Didn't expect they did that, but they do!

I love this place and how close it is to my house. The employees, a young lady and man are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate Belmont has this location and services in our small town. I'm a small online retailer and go there almost daily to ship my orders and they have made it an enjoyable part of my day!

Outstanding customer service. I needed help with getting an awkward sized package sent and had none of the proper stuff. They went above and beyond and were very reasonably priced.

Pak Mail provided a quick and efficient service to retrieve an item left behind at a hotel. As a frequent traveler, I had inadvertently left a pair of prescription glasses behind at a Grand Rapids hotel. The hotel recommended coordinating with Pak Mail to retrieve them. After calling Pak Mail, I had my glasses quickly shipped to my home. NICELY DONE, Pak Mail!
