Very helpful! Came in with a package that needed to be shipped but didn’t know the best way to go about it. I was helped right away and they were able to find the best and most cost effective way for me to mail my package. Process was easy and enjoyable!

I had a frustrating experience at this Pak Mail. There was a FedEx package delivered here for local pick up. I came in with my ID and requested the package. The guy working there (middle aged guy, Jeff maybe?) looked at me like I was crazy and told me that’s not a service they provide. Confused, I made sure I was at the right place and that this location was a FedEx Ship Center, which it was. The guy was adamant that my package was not there regardless of even checking. I understand that they have systems in place but I was the ONLY PERSON in the store and he didn’t even glance at my ID. Just told me that my package wasn’t there. I felt like an idiot for even asking a question. He asked me for a tracking number which I was unable to provide at the time. Ok… try again tomorrow with a tracking number.Get a different associate this time, younger and nicer guy. Ask him the same question, I’m here to pick up my package. He takes a look at my ID, reaches 2 feet over to where the package was, and said here you go. Wow. My Package was literally just sitting right there within arms length. Thankfully this person took the 3 seconds to help me out.

So, I drop packages off about 3-4 times per week. It's a great location and most of the timethe staff are friendly once you're inside but I can tell you not one time has anyone ever helped open the door or anything. I was struggling to get in and four staff were just sitting there. Never offer to help or anything. Super rude. I'd you're not busy help customers out.

Jeff at Pak Mail did an outstanding job shipping a collection of household items for us to the West Coast. He was able to consolidate dozens of odd shaped items into fewer manageable packages at a more affordable price. Best shipping experience I've ever had.

Jeff at this Pak Mail location created a fantastic crate for a large framed picture I had that will be shipped on a semi across the country. It’s built solid, he used high quality wood and he had it done quickly. Jeff was knowledgeable and fast to respond to my several inquiries. Highly recommend

2-star - The friendliness of the staff was excellent, as was the process. Where they fell short was the service provided. I wanted an envelope 2-day shipped to a PO Box. The service suggested, by them, was FedEx. After a two (2) week process, the package was finally delivered (FedEx apparently can't deliver to PO Boxes). I understand things happen, but if you are going to provide a third-party shipping service, the personnel and/or software should understand the rules for picking what service.Original Update: The owner called, apologized, and offered a refund; I appreciated the sentiment and explicit ownership of the mistake. 4-star for the shipping oversight.
