The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful. I came in to open a PO Box, there was no one there, the place filled up fast but the employees were very pleasant to everyone.

The employees at Pak Mail are amazing. They are super patient, lend me a free s wrap box if I need one to ship something and pack everything up for me if I didn't have said box. I've been going here for years because I can use them as a UPS drop off for returns and I'm always in and out in no time. Love this place and the fact that I don't have to drive to a UPS every time I have to return something!

I lost my LEFT AirPod Pro and my life was nearly shattered. Why would I try to sleep with them in!? Of course I lost one.Well anyways, the next day housekeeping found my AirPod, but it was too late.Rather then traveling back up to Grand Rapids, the Red Roof Inn decided to mail it to me!In walks Pakmail like a boss. Some nice lady called me, got my address, accepted payment over the phone, and ? my other headphone is in route and like will soon be restored to full balance.5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bravo. ??

Last Friday, September 18th, I took a very heavy package (46 lbs) to your store. There were two employees manning the desks. Neither were wearing masks. There were signs all over stating the CDC and state mask mandates for customers. The woman asked me if She could help me. I said she could wear a mask. She looked disgusted with me and said she had a medical reason. The other employee was helping another customer. Because my package was so heavy I stood at least 10 feet away and got the transaction over with but I was furious and I will not be back ever. Your business doesn’t care about the lives of your customers. Over 200,000 people are dead. If I get Covid I will shut you down.

Came in with an item that I needed to ship - planned on being there for about ten minutes so I could purchase a box and tape. Much to my surprise they took my item and said I was all set to go! In and out, and treated respectfully. Will return in the future.

I stopped in on July 6th. The employees were not wearing masks, there is no plexiglass or other barriers. I have since read a much earlier review that said the employer does not require such precautions. The employer also does not require any of my further patronage in light of such a total disregard for my safety and the safety of his employees.
