Usually don’t have a problem here, but today had a very rude man that told me he would not take my return back because it was Amazon, I literally do this all the time and have never had a problem. Won’t be back.

They aren't open during their posted hours. I pay for a mailbox here and they can't even bother to open their business on time.

Came in because Amazon directed me to this store. Guy was scanning boxes and asked me what he could help with. He just looked up and told me it’s for the ups store then just went right back to what he was doing. I understand he was busy but it was rude the way he said it and brushed me off.

I had a large item shipped across the country and the team at Pak Mail handled it very professionally, including finding ways to reduce freight costs while making sure my fragile package arrived in perfect condition. Hats off to Calvin and the others who ensured such good results. Would definitely use again.

Outstanding service! When so many businesses have someone at the front desk who has to say, "Gee, I have no idea," or "You'll have to speak with whoever it is that's gone until next week," this was a very refreshing change. We had several heavy and difficult pieces of furniture to ship to places from coast to coast, and there wasn't a moment's hesitation. I had grown so used to feeling like I had to apologize to clerks for bothering them that I was taken aback by the "Absolutely no problem" attitude. Congratulations to Pak Mail for raising the bar and fulfilling our needs beyond expectation.

I’ve been shipping large dollhouses through Pak Mail in Kentwood almost all of 2019. They do an excellent job packing because all dollhouses arrived at their destinations in perfect condition.

I worked with Calvin at this location on a complicated moving situation, and he went above and beyond the usual customer service I'm accustomed to experiencing. Calvin was very prompt to respond to emails and calls and his entire team was extremely professional. I am very thankful to have worked with Calvin!

I have never ever seen the level of amazing customer service, as from the freight/logistics team here. Calvin Webb, Operations Manager, has gone above & beyond in multiple shipments for us - to different addresses across the country. And that was just last year! I recently brought him an even more complicated situation & he handled it with aplomb & an incredibly helpful approach to get the job done! Very thankful to work with Calvin & his team.
