I went in on a Saturday at 11am to the Grand Rapids Pandora location. The store was dead, no one inside, and one employee was working. I asked her if she could clean my bracelet and she told me that she would not be able to because she was short staffed…. But there was literally no one inside. I went over to the Grandville location and got help right away from someone much friendlier. I will not be returning to this location again.

I just called them to ask what I should do with my Pandora ring that has a very loose CZ. The lady cut me off many times, she made the conversation very rushed like my call and worry of my CZ falling out was unimportant. Needless to say I will not take my ring there.

So normally I would give Pandora 5 stars and especially this location because the girls here are nice polite and Always patient. The 1st night I came in that was the same as always but I had a payment issue and had to do an online order and come back to pick it up, and the Manager who was working was Rude, Short and She refused to honor the Price I was told the night before when I was purchasing the same Item. I explained the situation, told her she could verify it, even told her to check her book where the price is clearly marked differently but she refused.

Christina was so informative and helpful. She really helped me with so many ideas for my birthday weekend. If you’re in town you have to stop and see help , one of the sweetest women I’ve meet while visiting❤️❤️❤️

The only thing I don't like about this location is how employees are having too much attitudes towards the customers. I went to check my ring size and ask about one of the rings, one of the employees did not want to help me out. She did help me but with so much attitude.
