This location did not properly re-secure our skid plate once the oil change was complete. This caused the front of the skid plate to fall while driving in traffic. When the location was called to ask about this, the Assistant Manager chose to spend more of the call trying to explain what the skid plate was and "why it wasn't totally necessary" than to resolve the issue.
The manager was much more understanding and immediately chose to get his tools and meet us at the vehicle (about 1 mile away from the location) so that the rest of the skid plate could be safely removed and then put back on correctly at their location. I assume this was largely because he admitted that it was him who did not properly secure the skid plate to begin with.
This caused us to be late for our other obligations for the evening, and also ensured that we cannot trust they are properly securing the car post-oil change. The lack of empathy from the assistant manager on the call - who also said all of this while I was asking to speak to the store's manager instead of getting him on the phone to resolve the issue - also impacted our trust that all employees are dedicated to fixing the issue and not just trying to get someone off the phone who is reporting potential damage to their vehicle immediately upon leaving their location.

WORST PLACE!! WORST MANAGMENT!!They broke my hood and did not fix it! Had to call the cops to get a report that they were letting me leave and putting me and everyone on the road in danger. The manager was horrible then the district manager called me and let me know they were not held liable because she “reviewed” the footage and he did not use excessive force to close my hood. When the guy had tried to close my hood several times and still couldn’t get it to latch then wanted me to leave, this place will NEVER pay for any damages done on a vehicle. There goes $500 of my own money for a damage THEY MADE there was no denying they made it and still somehow got out of paying for it.

Just left not even 10 minutes ago. We got an oil change in my car and asked them to replace the bulb. We gave them the bulb we had and could see in the reflection of the glass in front of us that the light still didn’t work. We asked twice to make sure if it worked and he said yes, then we left and parked somewhere else and sure enough it still didn’t work. We both can’t believe that we were blatantly lied to like that. Not coming back to this one.

Very poor customer service .first time experience and last .the guy took my old oil change sticker off the windshield but forgot to put the new one so when I asked him he told me I can stick it up myself that's not his job .then I asked them to check my tire pressure he got smart with me and told me I needed to be more worried about the oil smh .didn't check my windshield fluid nothing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
