I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. These dudes were amazing. They were completely honest and up front and didn't try to upcharge me at all. Last time I went to penzoil and they insisted I needed full synthetic and it was so expensive for no reason. Performance plus didn't lie to me about that and it was so much more affordable for me. I also needed 5 new bulbs in my top brake light and they gave me a huge discount for that as well. They prioritize customer service over money which is rare these days. I've been trying to find a good place in the GR area for oil changes but could never find a good trustworthy place. I will be back and plan to go here for all future oil changes. I highly recommend them especially if you're a female that doesn't know much about cars. You won't get scammed like a lot of other places. They're good trustworthy people.

I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had at PerformancePlus Oil Change 4015 Lake Michigan Dr NW
in Walker Michigan. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was over the top. You can tell immediately that the importance of the customer is their number one priority. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and sincere.
What really stood out was the management team Josh is initially who I talked to first he’s the assistant store manager and his customer service was so extra extraordinary… that I drove all the way out to this particular store just because of him and Travis the manager of the store was a superb edition to my afternoon, his knowledge & customer service was extremely wonderful the two of them as a team, making an incredible store and the rest of the employees are just as wonderful—their passion and dedication are truly inspiring. You can tell they genuinely care about not just doing a great job, but making sure you feel valued and appreciated. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare.
They were absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I left feeling confident, cared for, and 100% satisfied. If you want quality service with people who treat you like family, this is the place to go!

I had some front end damage on my vehicle, but was in desperate need of an oil change. Not only did they change the oil, they went above and beyond to get my hood to go back on and latch!!! I am so impressed and thankful!

Have gone here a few times and have been in and out with good service and no complaints. They won’t attempt to upsell unless they really think you need something either which I appreciate. Will be coming back here.

They try to force you into the most expensive oil change. It’s one thing to try to upsell you. It’s another thing to force you into an expensive oil change that is not needed, will never have my oil changed at this location.
