My 2023 Infiniti QX60 was rear ended on the Beltline. UGH! While waiting for the police, I called Pfeiffer Collision on Plainfield. They told me to come right in, which I did. They assessed the damage on the spot. The staff was friendly and efficient. They kept me informed of the progress. Jeff was especially great!!! He returned my car in perfect shape in only two weeks!! Couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend Pfeiffer Collision!!!

I hit a turkey which unfortunately did extensive damage to my van. They certainly make a crappy situation painless. From start to finish they communicated well.
My van was done 4 days earlier than estimated. The repairs looked excellent.

It was so refreshing to interact with a business where the employees excel at customer service. You can tell they truly love and take pride in what they do. They kept us up to date on how our repair was going and when it would be completed. If we ever need repairs again we will definitely be taking our vehicle to them.

We had a great experience with Pfeiffer. My wife was side swiped and they were able to take care of us quickly. When we got the car back, we noticed that the key fob and interior lights didn’t work, we called them and they got us back in quickly and worked with the insurance company to make sure we were covered for the extra repairs. They really understand that you are the customer and not the insurance company. We will definitely recommend them for any collision work going forward, but hopefully we don’t need to anytime soon!

my hood latch was stuck shut. they tried to sell me a whole new hood for $2300. i got it unstuck myself with a screwdriver and without putting a new hood on. I dont know what made them think an entire new hood was necessary, but nonetheless, the problem was fixed for free, before they could even come up with an estimate.
