Bought an Expedition over the phone. They were very great to work with and fair on letting me know the issues. They added in that they would fix the issues if I bought the vehicle I have unseen. They got them fixed before sending the vehicle. After I purchase the vehicle and it was being shipped to me, communication became poor. I was asked to pay $100 to get my vehicle that day. But didn’t receive it till the next evening when I wasn’t home. Paid $100 for nothing extra, and asked for it to be refunded twice and was ignored. When I received the vehicle there was no paper tag. I called and emailed about the tag. It took a day with me following up to get an answer that it was sent. But no follow up as to when I would get it so I could drive the vehicle. Still without a paper tag 6 days, 4 business days, later.

Took my 10 year old F150 to Lafontaine after seeing an advertisement on Facebook for an oil change deal with tire rotation. Made an an appointment. Arrived worked with Lance Dillon, which was fantastic. Quick. Efficient. Good conversation. Took care of the truck without violently overselling me on stuff. Added what was necessary to be done. Very happy with my experience at Lafontaine! Keep up the great work, Dillon!

Received an oil change and was approached while looking at a used Lincoln. I came back the next day to show my wife. He stated a gentleman was coming from Detroit at 3, but hadn’t signed anything. I called at 12:30 to try to get a better deal and ha said the guy from Detroit was now arriving at 1 and the deal was the best they could do. I drove there arriving before the other gentleman and said I’d take the car. NOW he said he was waiting for him and he has the right of first refusal. I informed them they didn’t just loose a sale , they lost a long time customer.

My service was completed in the time frame that was promised. The service salesman guy was attentive and professional. The only bad thing was whoever did the actual oil change put a black smudge on the inside of my tan interior. They should’ve cleaned it off before returning my vehicle to me.

You Introduce us to Timothy Higgins. He was personable, comforting,and not pushy. He was honest and made sure we were not treated like simply customers. This young man cared about what we wanted then did all he could to accommodate. He made buying the car enjoyable and we felt like a good friend or family member. First, I want to say that I don’t give 5 stars unless they blow my mind. Second, this dealership has some manners and some patience too. In addition, they never pushed me too far trying to close on me. Third, they found out what I wanted instead of selling me what would be best for their pockets. These are great traits to have in a dealership. I have personally bought a lot of cars. I have a lot experience with salesmen. These are good salesman that will wait patiently for you to make your decision. I highly recommend them!

Used Lincoln Connect/Way app to arrange tow to nearest Lincoln dealer, LaFontaine, on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, no towing services available until next morning. Showed up with Nautilus on flat bed, dealer unaware vehicle was arriving, surprised Lincoln would not have sent heads-up? In any event, Craig immediately took care of me and got vehicle into tech for quick assessment. Discovered blown EGR valve, but part(s) needed to come in from Detroit area, so repair completed next day. Due to unscheduled breakdown, no loaner vehicle available, but shuttle delivered me home without incident. Vehicle repairs completed as promised and all appears well. Timely repairs, good communication, would recommend and use LaFontaine in the future without hesitation.

Don’t go here. Go to a ford dealership instead, they have all the same parts. I came here ~5 years ago for a transmission issue. They had it for weeks and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, then finally did needless repairs that didn’t fix the problem and then gave it back to me. It was all covered under the warranty so I didn’t stress it, and later brought it to a ford dealership that was able to fix the issue with no confusion, unlike the guy at Pfeiffer (lafontaine now). Years later, they’re under new management (lafontaine) so I gave them another shot. Well, it’s still the same staff and once again the clueless technician couldn’t find the problem after days of looking and they charged me $100 for nothing, and acted like they did me a favor for not charging me more than that. Well, once again I brought it to a ford dealership and they found the issue immediately and fixed it with no issue. Idk why the guy working at lafontaine Lincoln is still working there when he has no idea what he’s doing, but you’ll never catch me pulling into that parking lot again. Trust me — GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, they’re overpriced for substandard service and mechanics that don’t know how to work on Lincolns. It’s not a Lafontaine thing — I’ve been to their ford shop on alpine and they’re just fine — it’s this specific dealership with 1 tech, who I believe works primarily on transmissions. Can’t speak on other techs, but this guy isn’t good at what he does and when you’re paying a premium service rate, u expect someone experienced and knowledgeable. If I was running this place, I’d let the guy go before he keeps costing me business. Sorry to the mechanic, but maybe you’re in the wrong line of work.

Everything! I didn’t have to lift a finger to do anything it was all done and on the timeframe they said it would be done got a fair trade in for my vehicle and if I ever do buy a car again, I’ll go back to them

Both the service and showroom employees are top notch. The service is prompt and honest and the showroom employees are second to none. Jeff took the time to listen and found exactly what I wanted in minutes. Within a few hours, he had my trade-in, financing, and all details worked out for me. I didn't intend to purchase a new vehicle yesterday but I'm so happy I did. I walked into Jeff's office at 1pm asking how much a trade-in would be and walked out at 5:30pm with a new beautiful 2023 Lincoln Corsair. THANK YOU for everything, even sharing your office so I could work too!!
