I didn’t think I could find a pharmacy worse than the Walgreens I used for years that can’t stay staffed. Well I have had nothing but disappointment with literally every single experience here. There will be an issue with your prescription and they won’t call you. They wait until you show up to disappoint you and then make you wait to fill it. Every single time.

Great Place!!! The lab tech are amazing and friendly. I never have to sit in awkward silence when getting my labs done and the pharmacy is quick and efficient and i never have any issues with them! I would highly recommend.

Honestly, parking wasn't great. The technician who checked me out wasn't the least bit friendly. Their hours aren't good & they were "out of stock" on my medication, but they didn't reach out to me & tell me. I eventually transferred my prescription to another pharmacy. I came here because my doctor's office recommended them

I enjoyed the calming atmosphere, cleanliness of the location, and the helpful, welcoming nature of the pharmaceutical staff. The staff are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. Convenient location and hours of operation. I highly recommend using their service.

Changing my prescriptions to this service has been effortless with AMAZING customer service! I am recommending this to anyone I talk too! Home delivery, coordinating my insurance and getting refills had been incredibly difficult in the big box store. Not here! Mercy Health Pharmacy has restored my faith in health care customer service!

All of the staff was amazing! Very compassionate and patient.From the front entrance staff to the front desk, nurse and doctors on the 4th floor..Everyone was so nice. Thanks for making my client feel welcomed and cared for! Highly Recommend.

I love the home delivery service. Tina on the delivery side had been so helpful in finding vouchers if there are any available for my prescriptions.
