I enjoyed the calming atmosphere, cleanliness of the location, and the helpful, welcoming nature of the pharmaceutical staff. The staff are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. Convenient location and hours of operation. I highly recommend using their service.

Changing my prescriptions to this service has been effortless with AMAZING customer service! I am recommending this to anyone I talk too! Home delivery, coordinating my insurance and getting refills had been incredibly difficult in the big box store. Not here! Mercy Health Pharmacy has restored my faith in health care customer service!

All of the staff was amazing! Very compassionate and patient.From the front entrance staff to the front desk, nurse and doctors on the 4th floor..Everyone was so nice. Thanks for making my client feel welcomed and cared for! Highly Recommend.

I decided to write a review on this file as this is not what I am use to in a pharmacy service. So, I did a surgery back in July and now am on meds for life. Well my meds is up and needs to be approved again. I call the pharmacy almost a week prior to the required renewal. Now I check my my chart last week and saw pending approval. I reached out this morning and the rep said I saw your renewal request yesterday. I said no I requested a while and I called and spoke with a representative. Oh yeah I see you called on the 14th. We followed up with the doctor three times and no response. Well which doctor is this? Well that doctor os from my surgical team and that may be the reason.....never the less??? Shouldn't the doctor have respond and say not my patient??? Shouldn't the pharmacy reach out and say I am not able to reach anyone to fill your meds??? I choose this Pharmacy as it is connect to the same hospital and all the physicans I use?????? THIS is why I have decided to use a different pharmacy outside of my network. Hope this is not how an elder patient is handle who forgets to even take their meds??? PLEASE fix your service!!!!

Great service and willing to work with you and help get things solved. I had to switch to a Trinity pharmacy and they made the transfer smoothe with little to no problems and had my meds the same day.

Went to the family medicine residency center today within the wege center and for a reason unbeknowst to me my meds were sent to a pharmacy that i havent used in over 4.5 years. I have had many scripts sent to an updated pharmacy though for some reason they sent to this old pharmacy. I then called the drs office and waited 2 hours to speak to a nurse before i gave up. So far im sitting at 5 hours since this issue began and still no meds. Im missing an out of town apointment as a result of this obvious blunder on the part of the drs office.
