My fiancé and I have had the most wonderful experience at Philippe Medawar Jewelry! Their customer service is unmatched and the whole team is very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. They listened to all my requests about what I was looking for in an engagement ring and wedding band and were able to help us select a set that fit all of my requests. Went here to look at switching my setting of my engagement ring and they were very helpful. They had a better selection than the chain jewelry stores we went to. Lots of alternative styles as well. The customer service was great and we could tell they knew what they were talking about. We also felt like no one was trying to upsell us which we really appreciated. We will certainly be back.

Philippe and his team are exceptional. From square one, Philippe was open and accommodating to my ideas. He added input from his years of experience to make the piece truly custom. Then he laid out the remaining details into easy decision points, making the process very simple and manageable. For a first time customer, Philippe and his staff made me feel welcomed and they made the entire process enjoyable. This is the most lovely place with gracious and helpful staff. I bring my husband’s Tissot watch to be checked every year. I found this place accidentally and I’m so glad I did! Mr Medawar makes absolutely gorgeous jewelry and has many lovely Rolex watches.
