Bonnie was a phenomenal coordinator through our entire moving process. She guided us clearly and made sure everything followed a perfect timeline. James and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! We are a family of 6 with 2 toddlers and the crew (especially James) was extremely kind to our little ones as they packed up and unpacked our items. Everything was in perfect condition upon arrival to our new home! We moved from IL to TN and the team went above and beyond to connect with my family and I to ensure that we were as stress-free as possible through the whole move. Highly recommend the Powell Relocation group as well as specifically Bonnie and James!

I worked with Ellie Schultze on a corporate relocation. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive throughout the process. I had a complicated move from multiple locations, and she accommodated lots of changes to the gameplan throughout the move. The moving team, along with the office support, was not only professional but also very courteous and personable. They helped reduce the stress of our move from one state to another by carefully packing our items and asking us questions to prevent any damage to our belongings. Today I had the pleasure of working with Ken and Blake from Powell Relocation Services for my move from Farmington Hills to Lansing. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I initially heard about Powell through a friend, and the booking process couldn’t have been smoother.
Ken and Blake arrived 15 minutes early and had everything wrapped up within 3 hours — efficient, organized, and clearly experienced. They were incredibly diligent with handling, packaging, and organizing all of my belongings. Every item, from antiques and glassware to electronics and kitchenware, was individually wrapped, boxed, labeled, and carefully secured in the truck using a thoughtful loading sequence.
I was especially impressed with how they handled my large 85” TV — it was protected using a custom-fitted box, and they disassembled and reassembled my oversized couch with ease. Their positive attitudes and professionalism made a stressful day feel easy and exciting.
I would absolutely recommend Powell Relocation Services to anyone who values their belongings and wants an exceptional moving experience. Ken and Blake truly went above and beyond!

From beginning to end the process was flawless. My car was shipped from Florida to Colorado and it could not have gone any smoother. I had a quote within hours and was kept informed throughout the process and trip as well as direct contact with the driver. Working with Powell was professional and a delight after a very unsatisfactory attempt by the dealership to ship my car...who had two months to prepare for this. I learned a very important lesson and recommend the Powell Relocation Group with no hesitation and will only use them in the future.

Amazing! I relocated for my work and I was super anxious because I dont like people touching my stuff and since im super picky and have OCD. Plus changes and just moving to a new state is super difficult for me. But they were super kind and nothing broke. They even were reassuring me that everything would be great!! Would do it again 100%
