“A+ for a quick free fix (trailer light fuse).
I couldn't get a hold of them by phone, so I showed up at 12:30pm on a Wednesday to an empty store. After several minutes an employee came in, and initially told me they don't handle anything hitch related. I said I just talked to the folks on the Uhaul 1-800 number and they said to come here.
He took a moment to look up my make and model to find out where the wiring connections were stored in the vehicle. After popping off the rear panel of my trunk, he swapped in a new fuse and connected a tester to it. Good as new, and no charge!”

“The young lady that assisted me was wonderful. We were waiting in line and she was helping another customer who is a complete Karen rude as ever. She had the audacity to put her ID and the representative space and mutter under her breath, swearing at her for about 10 to 15 minutes as I did have to wait in line about 20 minutes because the lady was being so irate. It was not cool to see a customer treat management like that. The agent remains calm and professional as she could be after the lady will see it literally screaming in the agent space I always do business with U-Haul, just because of the ladies, professionalism, calmness and accuracy.”
“The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!”
