I think that was the best blood draw I've ever had done. She was kind, friendly, quick and skilled. I didn't feel the needle go in and she kept me distracted the whole time because she knew I was uncomfortable. It also was the quickest blood draw! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which was so convenient! Very impressed. 2nd time coming here for bloodwork.

The two lovely women working were very quick, kind, and skilled. I hate getting blood work done but they made it happen so fast it was a non-event in the best way! My husband and I both had appointments and we were in and out in 15 minutes. This included signing in and waiting for the people before us! It was awesome.

Very well run. Friendly staff, hardly was in the building 5 minutes for a pre-employment appointment.

Computer systems down. It wasn't busy but I wasn't notified that they couldn't do the test until 15 min after my appointment time. Waited 30 min after that then left for a LabCorp location (that took me as a walk-in right away with friendlier staff). Staff didn't offer to help an old man that was stuggling to get his walker through doors.

The staff is very efficient. There are only two at all times which seems to me, understaffed. But, those two do so much with what looks like old equipment and supplies. These two are effective at keeping their office, clean and organized. To me though the inside is in disrepair and could use fresh paint and lighting. The countertops and cupboards look outdated and worn. The carpeting is clean but it is so old and worn that it gives the impression of filthy floors. Now, the waiting area. Wow, the furniture is clean but gives the impression of an old , tired waiting room. The lighting desperately needs replacing and updated. The walls need to be repaired and painted.

I am disabled and unable to stand for more than a couple minutes. The older blonde lady refused to accommodate and allow me to sit and was very rude about it. I sat anyway or I would have fallen to the floor and she was a beyond rude. Unacceptable and frankly illegal to not accommodate a disabled person.

Using the automated scheduling system is infuriating. We should be allowed to talk to a human being.
