RIS and Joe did a great job facilitating the DR upgrade to our x-ray unit. Joe helped us overcome some obstacles with shipping and installation, he also spent time with our x-ray tech ensuring a smooth transition.

Joe was fantastic in helping our small vet clinic get a DR xray system. He helped us with all the needed government paperwork as well as be very patient with us as we were delayed with construction. He was very available to any questions we had and did a great job training our staff.
