I recently contacted Real Pro Auto and was impressed by how polite and professional the staff were. They took the time to answer all of my questions about booking an appointment and seemed very knowledgeable about their services. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
That said, I did get the sense that—like many other repair shops—the business is heavily focused on maximizing revenue. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more customer-first, budget-conscious experience.
Overall, Real Pro Auto comes across as a competent, courteous, and professional team. If you value expertise and clear communication, they’re worth checking out.

In fact, I was disappointed in this visit.
First, I scheduled the service with a loaner car, but I could not have one because I booked during weekend.
Then, most frustrating thing was this. After receiving the estimate for several issues to address, I asked for an expert's opinion for most urgent work since it was too much to pay for all the repair at once, but the voice over the phone kept repeating that it was up to me. When I asked why the issues had to be addressed as soon as possible, he kept saying it was up to me do or not. The last time (June 2025) I brought a car in, the mechanic kindly told me what should be done first.
Also, I approved he jobs for removing and replacing both front and rear stabilizer bar, but only the front stabilizer job was done. And I still hear rattling noise behind the dashboard.
I have had good impression from Real Pro Auto Svc because of the previous experience, but this time I have doubt for returning. I would understand your person had injuries so work could be delayed. But you could advise and communicate better about the car's problems and progress of the repair.

Good communication. Pricing comparable within reason to other repair shops. Guy was super nice and didn't treat me like an uninformed female, which I am lol. That's important to me because I dislike that very much. Would use them again in service I need,

Good service. Only complaint i have is that they should clean part and spots where they touched. Since they left alot of dirty and oily spots. Even the inside steering wheel.
Thats the only thing I can say about this.
Other than that service was good.

Real Pro Auto has been great to work with! I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed. The first time I brought my last vehicle here was for a transmission that needed replacing. My warranty covered it but the warranty company sent over 2 bad transmissions before sending a good one. The guys were so kind and gave me a vehicle to drive and my vehicle ran great after! Any other time I have been in they have just been awesome! A coworker dropped me off to pick my car up after work one day and she ran over something on the way there. Thirty min before they closed and they fixed the hole in her tire and didn’t even charge her. A great great company and I will continue to do business with them!

These guys here do very good . I was extremely satisfied with the leveling kit they installed on my 2018 ford f150 and the job they did on fixing my heat and care and consideration they gave my A/C. Only took a few days and very convenient with the free loaner so was still able to get to work and other places . Didn’t skip a beat . Very nice guys and great service! I will be bringing my truck here for any repairs or upgrades.

Brought in my car because the AC wasn't working. Unfortunately, a month after the visit, it stopped working again. When I called and asked if they would fix it at a discount (since the problem clearly wasn't fixed) they said no. It was almost $400, so I wasted the better part of a week's worth of pay on a month of A/C. They were really great in that they helped get me a ride to work from the shop while my air conditioner was being looked at.

Real Pro has been handling my auto repair and maintenance for a few years on different vehicles. The staff is always friendly and up front on ensuring that my vehicle issues are addressed properly. They also go the extra mile by informing you of other issues you may want to address so that your vehicle is reliable down the road.

Real Pro Auto Service provides five star service throughout the repair process. Their team of mechanics are communicative regarding the scope of repairs and honest about the part pricing and labor required. They always take the time to explain their recommendations and do not push undesired service. John and his team have helped me maintain my vehicle for over ten years and I trust them to help me keep it on the road for as long as possible.

Dave was very kind and took the time to educated me on things I didn’t understand. I got an alignment done and they recommended a tire rotation from where I get my tires (because they usually do it for free) and when I told him I haven’t had my tires changed since I bought it, he offered to do it for free when he didn’t have to. They were fast and very friendly! Definitely going back to them.

These guys are the best! I get all of my work done at the 28th St location, and won’t go anywhere else. They are friendly, honest, and upfront about everything.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from their Eastern Ave location, and they are top notch there, too! It’s a pleasure doing business with everyone! Thanks to all y’all!

The mechanics that worked on my car did a great job. My favorite part of my experience with Real Pro Auto is that I never had to return my car after they had worked on it, because they always DO IT RIGHT the first time. I hope they stay that way, it’s hard to find honest, hardworking mechanics like the one’s in Real Pro Auto.
