I was referred by another eye practice when they couldn’t adjust my sunglasses how I wanted them. I was told to specifically see Marin. She was as amazing as described and adjusted my sunglasses exactly how I needed after 3 different optical places couldn’t!

Maren at the 28th street location in front of woodland mall was amazing! She helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with her location and went above and beyond! 5/5 stars for maren thank you so much!

Came into the store with a issue with my glasses,and was treated with the upmost respect.The two young ladies that were there on this day were absolutely awesome,and helped me tremendously.Ms.Marion Harris was absolutely amazing,and I would recommend this store to anyone!Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience this afternoon,I truly do appreciate your help and respectfulness..

I’ve been going to a couple different RxOptical locations but the service I’ve received at this one is by far top tier! I initially had an appt at a different location down 28th but I accidentally went to this location instead. I missed that appt but they were able to fit me in after the next appt had no showed. Molly was such a great help trying to figure out the best price for getting lenses placed into my new glasses and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was satisfied before we solidified anything. I didn’t feel rushed and didn’t feel like I was being upselled! She even called and emailed me to let me know that my glasses had come in and that if FedEx didn’t come pick it up that day, she was going to personally drop it off herself to make sure it got to me. I’m very grateful for her kindness and patience, everyone deserves a Molly!!

This was my first time with Rx Optical. I've seen it around before but never used it as my eye doctor. I wasn't sure what to expect when going in, but I was really impressed with everyone there.Brian was helpful checking me in, getting me ready for the doctor, and making sure I was all set to get some glasses. I also really enjoyed the doctor there. He explained everything while he was doing it, but in a way I understood and it made me feel like I could trust him. I left the exam room feeling like I understood what I needed and it really put me at ease.When my optician came to help, it was time to look at some glasses frames. I have some trouble finding frames I like usually, but Molly not only helped me pick some frames out that I wouldn't have considered, but ultimately we decided on a frame that fit me perfectly. She also explained the details of what I was getting (I need blue light protection because I work on a computer all day) and I really felt like I was getting what I needed. Nothing more, nothing less.Overall I really enjoyed my experience and will absolutely return to Rx Optical next time I need some glasses. Highly recommend!

I have to say my mother always had anxiety going to the eye doctors because usually they’re very rude and just trying to upsell glasses. My mother isn’t old but she had cancer and has bad hearing because of it. This place was not only super kind over the phone to her but they were so patient! She kept raving over how nice they were to her and was so excited to go get her eyes done. I went with her to the appointment and was shocked over how kind, patient, and overall how amazing they were! The office coordinator Brian was super sweet he talked to her on the phone and then was the one checking her in, Dr. Thomas was super sweet and very thorough! And then Amber I have so many things to say about Amber she reminded me of a princess with the way she carried herself with grace and kindness. I just can’t get over how kind they were and I couldn’t help but tell them that and Amber said they treat every one like family… especially since they only see us once a year it’s exactly like family! So definitely would add funny to the long list of compliments I have for amber. 10/10 would recommend always coming here from now on and recommending to everyone.

I've been a LONG time customer off Rx Optical at different locations. I purchased new glasses last October first the first time in a few years- I was long overdue. At the time, they didn't have any sunglass frames that I liked/wanted but assured me they could put my prescription into just about anything. So over the Thanksgiving holiday, I purchased a couple sets. I finally got around to bring them in the beginning of May and they were sent out, expecting to arrive by the 28th. I got a call that there was an issue at the lab and they were delayed. Expected to arrive by June 3rd- I had high hopes they would arrive in time for me to pick up before heading across town for a concert but alas, they didn't. Days later I stopped in to pick them up before heading to FL and discovered that there was no prescription in them after all. Obviously I was frustrated that after waiting a month for these glasses, I still didn't have a prescription in them. However, I was in a hurry due to heading out of town and didn't have the opportunity to deal with it then.I called when I returned and spoke to store manager Maron about not only the issue with the sunglasses but also an issue I experienced with my new regular glasses I had just purchased the fall before. Maron went WAY above and beyond to not only remedy the sunglasses issue but help me with my regular glasses. Her level of customer service has been the best I've had in a long time- my favorite part being when I was thanking her for what she was doing to help me she said "Wait, I'm not done." ? She really went out of her way to help me & I'm truly grateful. I honestly thought I'd be done with Rx Optical after my frustration with my sunglasses situation but Maron insured they'll continue to have my business. Her ability to both problem solve and make a situation right while being emphatic, warm, & friendly at the same time is exceptional! I couldn't be more thankful.

I made a appointment to get my eyes checked. Yes, it was same day & on a Saturday. They called & said because we don’t have billers on Saturday we can’t verify you VSP it’s a self pay. Because you can run & verify on Saturdays someone actually could have called. The young lady even spoke with manager & the manager said I can pay & come get my money back Monday when the billers are back. I’m sure they are loosing money with this process. They have two appointments today that won’t be filled because they don’t know how to pick up the phone. In the climate of everyone being short staffed. It’s time to cross over train. I could teach them a lot. I can’t wait to share this story with my colleagues. 2250 44th SE is the location I’m referencing.

When I called after a patient, 3 week wait for my new glasses, Brian claimed to have already called me 2 weeks prior for informing me that my product was ready , but nothing recorded on my phone at all. When I asked if they called or emailed for a second attempt to reach me, since I had not responded to the “call” -they said no they will call again after one month! 2 weeks had gone by before I found this out. No email was used in attempts to reach me. I had been waiting and looking daily.Maron provided wonderful customer service when I came in to pick up my glasses, as she explained what was to be expected in the adjustment and use of the details of my prescription. She was very thorough in making sure they fit and that the script was correct. I appreciated her professionalism. I was decidedly not going to use Rx Optical in the future after talking with Brian, but Maron may have allowed another chance.

I went in to get a pair of inexpensive readers repaired - the screw fell off of one temple. Not only were they very nice and fixed the glasses for FREE, but they even gave me a free glasses case. First rate experience.

Honestly I’m not one to right reviews but I have never experience worst customer service and lack of customer care. I went to this branch to get a new contact prescription because they offered great pricing and could get me in as soon as possible. Everything was going great they followed CDC guidelines. However as soon as Ms. Maron H from this branch received my glasses to get the measurements for my eyesight everything went wrong. She managed to “accidentally” break my glasses frame that I have had for less than a year. She told me they were brittle and she didn’t do anything. I looked at them after my eye exam, and they were snapped by temple tips/temple sections, where it sits on top of your ear. I asked how did this happen and she claims it happened on its own. I asked if they can do anything about it, and kept downplaying her mistake and asking me to basically deal with it my self and ask for the warranty from where I got them. Was told nothing they could do and she kept saying I didn’t do anything. After giving them back to me with what appears to be hot glue residue and clear tape to fix them, she had the audacity to ask me if I want to purchase new frames after telling her I spent $100 to get these less than a year ago. Frustrated I left because she was going in circles about not being able to help me. Definitely contacting corporate because this is just unacceptable. In the photos below you can clearly tell they were snapped, and didn't break because they were brittle. Plus where they are broken that doesn't break that easily. I ave had glasses throughout my whole life and I have never had a break in this area.
