Love the Grand Rapids Station. Their always giving all truck drivers full service. Kalamazoo sometimes you can sit for a bit waiting for a attendant to come out to give you fuel and that's all they do unless you ask for full serivce.

I refuse to do business with a company that allows one of its employees to display a Confederate Battle flag on there personal ( Chevy Silverado ) pick up truck.Totally out of line and unexceptionable for them to allow a clear symbol of racism! Myself, family and everyone around me will never step foot in a Ryder again.

This place is a JOKE, no organization , they dont do anything they are supposed to, take no responsability in anything. Terrible customer service as well.
