I have never had a bad experience here until yesterday. The woman at the register continuously made back handed comments and was honestly just rude. I understand that people can have bad days but there was no reason why I was treated the way I was. I have never been so disrespected then I was yesterday, please do better.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! I sometimes have random skin care questions, and even if I don’t buy anything they are helpful, kind and always so knowledgeable. They aren’t just there to make a sale; they genuinely care about you as a person.Lol don’t listen to the other sad reviews… the staff here are genuine and work hard. Lauren, Juan, Ejla, Ashley, and Alecia, are fantastic to work with!You’ve never ever had an off day…? Move on and do better. Tomorrow is fresh. Be nice.

I rarely write reviews but I was made feel so uncomfortable in this store that I stopped shopping and went to Ulta. I was greeted and helped by a few workers but then as I entered the skin care to repurchase my moisturizer, I was approached by 3 different team members within just a few minutes. I was planning to treat myself but left with only two things. It was truly bizarre, I didn’t even have a large purse or anything that would indicate me stealing.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE! The minut i walked in was greeted by middle school prrrpy girl wearing lululemon and aviator nation and gave me mean looks ??? i walked over to drunk elephant and all the tester was destroyed and stolen bottled. rude staff, overpriced spray, (some ppl relly need it ?) and line going out the door ?? do better ?

Very friendly staff, and great selection of products, would order ahead of time next time because some of the products said they were in stock online but they were out of stock when I got to the store.

I’ve never had an experience at a Sephora like the one I had last Saturday. I was not greeted but they were busy so I understand. When I said “Excuse Me” to an associate so I could ask where to find an item, they responded with “What’s Up.” When I asked another associate (Diana) for help on finding a new foundation, I had to do the initiating and asking questions. I had to ask for help on a shade, I had to ask about what’s good about the product, etc. All she did was lead me to a product, which was not helpful. I ended up not purchasing a new foundation because I didn’t get help on a shade or what could work best for my skin.

Great service. Pam was so helpful in helping me pick out matching eyeshadow, cheek and lip colors. She showed me how to apply the shadow on my eyes for a smokey look. I came home with a new palette of colors to mix and match for unique eye looks, glowing cheeks and a hint of color for my lips. I will definitely be returning to Sephora for my makeup needs and highly recommend seeking out Pam for help.

I had to go pick up an order for a friend but as soon as I walked in, I started having difficulty breathing because of how thick the perfume in the air was. I was able to stick it out until I grabbed the item but had an asthma attack outside of the store afterwards. I don't know it was an off day, but there was no need for that much perfume

I went to the store to return a perfume set and purchased a different one and got it home and opened it and about half of them were already used…. So I called the store and was told I can come get a different one, that’s great and all but I guess I just never expected that from Sephora

Thank you to the makeup artist, Mina, for helping me out today. I had a rough day and she went above and beyond for me. Gave me a hug, cared for me as a human not just another customer and she helped me find everything I needed and more. 10/10 would shop here again just because of her.

Cashier put the difference btwn an exchange onto the wrong card, a visa gift card instead of my debit and they won't do anything to get it back. They screwed up so about $17of my money is just gone. The gift card had been used up at the store initially so the woman threw it out for me. Few days later decided to return and get something else. Woman told me they "can't do anything", but customer service will. Called customer service, they said the store should never have sent me to them, they need to and absolutely can fix the problem. Called the store, manager said oh I'm sorry but you shouldn't have called us, we can't do anything, it's already technically been returned. So, customer service again and this time the lady is making the call to the store for me. She came back and said i have to do it in store. I said 2 diff times and 2 diff managers are refusing to do anything but say "call customer service." Maybe these "managers" need to call a higher up, do something, anything, to remedy the situation other than refuse to help. Go to any other store, these ppl don't care to do their job.

Don’t usually write reviews for a store but I genuinely dislike entering this store due to the amount of times I get followed around here when I shop. It feels like I’m being targeted and it doesn’t make for a welcoming and inclusive environment especially when I see my white counterparts not being closely monitored. It’s one thing to ask a customer if they need any help, it’s another to constantly watch you in every aisle. I feel quite terrible whenever I’m inside here and I hope the staff works on this issue.
