Had to wait but that's my fault because I didn't schedule an appointment. As soon as a pedicure chair was available you had me in the chair and started working. Most of the time you do a great job. I didn't like the last lady I had as she was on her phone watching a movie, I think, the entire time she was giving me a pedicure and manicure. I very rarely get a manicure because I don't usually like the way my nails look when done, and that time was no exception. On the whole, I like what you do.

Stylist: I love them all. I had Lisa this time and she did the cutest design on my toe! My mom always gets a pedicure from Son and he does great with her old toes too!

I had to have a new set of acrylics put on and Emily did a fantastic job! She was so detailed and made my terrible nails look great again. This place has by far been the best salon I’ve gone to. Everyone is so friendly and the salon is clean. They have a ton of color options to choose from. I chose this salon based on a google review and it has proven to be spot on. Serenity has been a wonderful place to go and treat myself.

This was my third time going and unfortunately it will probably be my last as this experience wasn’t like the previous times. I went in wanting my acrylics removed and just a dip on my polish and it was clearly made that the gentleman wasn’t happy about that because it would take longer/more work because after I explained what I wanted he grabbed the foils from the drawer and threw them on the table. My first time going I did the exact same thing and the cost was $35, second time I got chrome $65 (which I totally expected it to be more), and this time was charged $50; I really wish I was explained the prices beforehand and that the customer service experience hadn’t made me feel like an inconvenience. I’m on the hunt for a different nail salon after this experience.

Im always really happy with my acrylic nails, they could be a bit gentler, but in fairness i am jumpy and sensitive.
