Great service, Steve is prompt on informing about updates and issues. Very transparent and all the staff has been beyond helpful and friendly. There was NO sales pressure or pushing to buy something. Overall a great experience!

I’ve been to this dealership a few times while looking for a new vehicle. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers’ needs. Make sure to ask for Rigo (Rodrigo) when you stop by to look for a new car. I showed up to the dealership unannounced a couple times and he made sure I was well taken care of, even if he was busy with other clients. It was a great experience working with the sales team and I would recommend this dealership for everyone to check out.

I traded in my BMW X3 xdrive30i for the BMW X3 M40i my whole experience dealing with Sharpe BMW was excellent the sales representative Ryan Schmall did a great job and kept me updated through the whole process. Although I did not buy my vehicle from Sharpe, Erika Agon the BMW Genius helped me out. She is very intelligent and knows her stuff. She is very detailed and patient and she makes sure you understand before moving onto the next thing. I have met with other BMW Genius' before on previous BMWs; and she is by far the best one I have ever worked with. She is a very important asset at Sharpe.

Although I live in Kalamazoo, I once again came up to Sharp to lease a BMW X5. Erika who is the person that teaches you all of the features is incredible. She takes her time, and has no problem repeating things if you dont understand. Makes you feel comfortable and when done you honestly feel like you know your vehicle.
There is no comparison with the sales manager at Zeigler. He went over the X5 I had purchased from Sharpe and gave me a ridiculous quote. Ryan is the exact opposite. He looked at the car and drove it and gave me a fair quote. We decided on the vehicle and colors I wanted and he kept me informed as to delivery date. He sincerely cares about his customers and is both fair and honest. I would recommend him and Sharpe to anyone.
