We just bought a BMWM40i X3, we absolutely love it. Bob Fairchild was our sales person, advisor etc. He was spectacular. He was professional and knowledgable. He informed rather than sell. Kept informed through the whole process.He kept us up to date and answered all our questions. The whole experience with everyone at Sharpe was very good! I would recommend Bob and Sharpe BMW to anyone.

Was assured by Mark when purchasing a 3 year oil change contract that it would be ok to do a short interval oil change on my mini to allow me to clean the intake valves and put in fresh oil. Then after setting an appointment I am told by Mark that it is only one change per year max. Was specifically told this would be ok as a condition of doing the contract. Disappointed that they chose to lie to get a sale then set an appointment only to be told at desk that would need to pay for oil change. Unfortunate and believe they should have done it to save a customer which they had no interest in doing. Also this is as I waited for ten minutes for the advisor while 3 other advisors stood around. Bummer. Would not buy a car here. Better dealers within a couple hundred miles worth the drive!

I leased a 2021 Land Rover Evoque from Sharpe Cars in June 2021. By January 2022 the vehicle was in the shop due to a dead battery. Since then, the battery will not remain charged in the vehicle despite driving it the recommended amount of time. Sharpe and Land Rover are aware of the battery charging issues in the Evoque, however, all they do each time I have it towed for service is replace the battery and send me back on my way. This has happened close to half a dozen times since January 2022. Each time I have to take time to call roadside assistance, wait 2 hours for them to come tow the car, deal with the roadside assistance person and then obtain an alternative method of transportation while my car is being serviced. This alone is horribly inconvenient to deal with on a recurring basis, but the fact is that this car is not reliable.According to one employee, Land Rover deems it acceptable for a battery charge to last only 14-16 days! I work from home often and also travel for work. This is why I went with a low mile lease. I don’t have a schedule that permits driving the car for the sake of driving it to keep the battery charged, and even if I did, it doesn’t hold a charge after being driven. I have been asking to be let out of my lease, but they want me to pay for the negative equity for a car that has practically spent more time in the shop than in my driveway, or they will tell me not to keep the key nearby the car and not park by antennas. They leased me this vehicle knowing the model is prone to battery issues and that there is a 14–16-day standard for holding a charge. This information should have been disclosed prior to me signing a lease. Given the prestige of the Land Rover and Sharpe brands, you expect that you will receive a reliable vehicle when doing business with them.

Couldn't have had a better customer experience. I took my wife's X5 in for service and while waiting started looking at cars, ended up buying a 5 series to replace my car. The sales experience was perfect, Sander worked with me a lot of the phone, text, and email so I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours. They offered a fair price for my non bmw trade in (on the low side but definitely not a low ball). Walked into the dealer, signed some papers, and they had my car detailed sitting in the show room for me. The part that really stood out was after the sale. I noticed a vibration around 75 mph, called the service department and they picked my car up the next day to address the issue. Ended up having the vehicle for almost two weeks but they addressed the issue correctly, Ben kept in constant communication, and when they were finished they dropped my car back at my house. New cars shouldn't have issues but the reality is sometimes they do, Sharpe's response and quick action is exactly how customer service should be. Thank you to the entire team!

I ordered a part for an R59 roadster, but they send parts for an R60 countryman. They did this twice. Then they charged me a 25% restocking fee, when they sent the wrong part TWICE!!!!! Then they were rude to me about it. We buy, service, and sell 60-100 mini coopers a year. We treat our customers with respect, no matter the situation. We just took our business to another Mini dealer, who by far, is so nice and very helpful with us. We expect to spend $20 to $35,000 with them this year. It's sad to see that an inexperienced employee can cost Sharpe money. Disappointing, to say the least.....

Just purchased my second BMW from Sharpe and I couldn't be more pleased. Our salesman, Michael was so knowledgeable and patient, got the car I wanted and I already know how wonderful their service is from owning my previous BMW for 4 years.

My daughter took her 2011 BMW into shop. Pricing was so outrageous- it was cheaper for me to have it towed to a dealership on the other side of the state to get starter replaced. Tried charging us Just over $1,800 to replace starter!

John Sergeant at Sharpe BMW was great with the purchase of my X3. I started with an internet inquiry and he was super responsive and reliable in communicating details and setting up not one but two test drives. We met and negotiated a purchase. It was a used a vehicle and I was surprised at the top notch service I received. It was great working with John!!

I highly recommend Sharpe Cars! Richard Braden was my sales person and he was able to walk me through the process of buying a car 100% online! He made me feel comfortable about my purchase and was able to answer any questions I had even after the sale was done. He was very patient as the whole process took longer than usual. I had an excellent experience with him and definitely suggest him to anyone ANYWHERE looking to buy a car from Sharpe. Trustworthy dealership.

Tried selling me a car with tires in need of replacement. Front tires had gashes. Refused to replace all four tires. Claimed rear tires were fine. Go back to pick up car after only front tires were replaced on an awd car. To find rear tires needing replacement. They said they would not replace they were fine and awd cars don't have to match front and rear.Brought my car in for repairs at the same time was quoted way more than I wanted to put into it. Had it fixed elsewhere for 1/7 the quoted price.Use caution when using this dealership. Not what they used to be.

This company doesnt care about its customers at all. They make you wait 3 plus weeks to get a loaner with your service. They supposedly fit my car , but when I left the dealership I smelled burnt rubber. I figured it was because they were sloppy and must of spilled oil on my exhaust. Well the smell kept getting worse, so I called them because my car is smoking under the hood. They couldnt get me in until the next week. Then I was driving it and I stopped at a light and my car was smoking under the hood really bad. I had to get it towed to Sharpe BMW. They dont have any loaner cars and they dont know when they can look at it. They caused the leak and I have to wait until they can look at it. They never returned my phone calls and I even left messages. They still havent returned my calls or messages. This is unacceptable and they rushed my car out of there to get their loaner back and couldnt of even checked to make sure what work they did was good. They jeopardize my life and they could care less. All they wanted was their money with poor workmanship. They dont care that they could of killed me if my car caught on fire. These type of businesses are what is ruining our country. They dont care who they hurt as long as they get their money. Im so upset by the way I have been treated. You cant trust anyone anymore.

Bob Fairchild was excellent to work with. Fast, easy, and fair transaction. I don’t typically like car salesmen but I would buy another vehicle from him. He was personable, knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped us get a great deal on our new vehicle.

This dealership is amazing. Jason in service goes above and beyond for customers. The parts department also has a Jason that has all the knowledge about the best parts for my Z4 and X5.The technicians are great and even send a video with your car inspection information. This is the place to take your BMW for honest, reliable, and top of the line service.
