Sheldons has been my primary cleaners for the past 12 years. Almost no issues and the 2 I had they corrected quickly and reasonably. Excellent and knowledgeable staff in the gaslight village location.

I bought a very expensive dress shirt and got tomato sauce on it the first time I wore it. I was unable to remove the stain at home.

Employees are friendly and the service is good, but the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. Dry cleaning pricing tends to be regional and this is an issue at most places in the area, but seems extra inflated here.

Brides be aware!!! The price for cleaning a wedding dress was fair and the garment itself was well-treated... that said, when they returned my dress, it was without the nice garment bag and wooden hanger I had provided for it!!! The sales lady was very sweet and kind and I know it's not her fault as she mentioned the item was shipped out to be cleaned. I'm still very disappointed.

I've been coming for about a year (moved here from Chicago), and when I first started coming it was already expensive. Recently they raised prices to absurd levels. $12 for one pair of pants is insanity. I will not be back.
