some of the employees don’t know how to behave. you know you have zero game when you constantly harass and hit on clearly uninterested women at your job. makes for a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation for myself and colleagues who patronize this location.

How is it ok that you let someone use a stolen card? This is not OK. After the 3rd time it declined you should have asked for the ID. It's ok though my bank already gave me my money back and you lost money. But maybe you should make everyone use their pin and not just use the green button.

For the second time in a month, I stopped in for a snack to this gas station. It is advertised as 24 hrs, yet both times the doors were locked and employees were inside. The most recent time a girl was sitting inside the Subway area with her feet propped up eating and looking at her phone. If your employees don’t want to work at 3:00 am, maybe don’t advertise as 24 hrs….or just get new employees.

Swung in at 12:13 am to grab a snack and the doors were locked. Lights on and no one inside as far as I could see…just a guy sitting out front smoking and begging for money.

Went to shell at 28th and Breton in Grand Rapids at 4:51am and all the lights were on but doors were locked and guy inside waved me off. Two cars pulled up and he ignored them.

Went to grab something at 3 am after work. Listed as 24 hours. Pulled on the door, worker inside just shook their head no. I was there 2 days before at the same time and could get in and purchase something.

They turned the gas off while we were pumping it. The hours posted on the door said they didn't close for another 15 minutes.
