Slow, disorganized, worst location in the Grand rapids area.
I think the employees avoid the front desk.
The girl that is up there is overwhelmed and appears confused.
The other Sherwin locations are awesome.

Slow and always going “as fast as they can” when I’ve been here an hour waiting for a gallon and had 10 people come and go with at least 2 getting color match’s also. I was here plenty before the others.
What’s the deal?
The Alpine store is 100 times better.

Apparently if you come in search of paint you have to know ahead of time what the paint mixer's work schedules are. From what we were told today... they just decided not to show up today. A shame too. They missed out on a substantial sale. We went to Painter's Supply instead and received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
