I’ll make it short and sweet. Needed some winter boots, got some nice timberlands for an amazing price.When I got rung up there was probably the RUDEST employee ever. Some older lady. Working 12/28 around 3pm.I tried my hardest to be nice to her, said have a good day… whatever. literally slamming her nails on the computer screen, rude. as. hell. I’m sorry love this place and all but she was so mean for no reason

Ordered online. Got there to pick up my order 2 days later only to find out they put it back because I didn't get there fast enough. I thought within 2 days was decent but I guess not.

Not enough employees to handle customers’ shoe requests. Each box only has one shoe, so you have to ask for assistance from an employee that is not around or too busy. Finally got the guy to bring out the other shoe and then they brought it all the way to the front counter, we were hoping to try on both shoes before we buy. Nice selection though. To the next shoe store we go!

It’s very clear that the sales staff here are on commission- two young women literally RACED- I mean running and yelling through the aisles- to retrieve my husband’s size for a try on (and not because they were in such a hurry to be helpful). The guy who helped me stood over me the entire time I tried on the shoes, offering no feedback or help, but seemingly hovering lest I walk off with the shoes and lose him credit for the sale. When I came back a few days later to make a return, his immediate response was to ask if I was sure I wouldn’t rather make an exchange. Ultimately, I blame upper management for fostering such a blatant culture of up-selling and incentivizing on sales alone. I’m sure these employees are just trying to maximize their income (who wouldn’t?), but I felt that I literally only received “service” to be pushed into buying something. I found all the salespeople to be super unprofessional and pushy and will never shop at one of these stores again.

Do NOT order form them online. Three times now I have ordered a 15 eee and received a 15 w. Anyone who needs a eee can tell you that is not the same size, I cant get my foot into a 15 w.

I brought a shoe to return because of manufacturing defect which I purchased at the rivertown outlet. The manager outright refused them telling me its my kids mistake that adidas shoes tore within a month. He also denied giving me a feedback form for the store.

Bad experience. Store was a complete mess, shoes in wrong boxes. Found three different shoes that I tried to buy, couldn't find the other shoe. Employees seemed lazy and non committed to customer service. Let one of the employees know they had a shelf almost falling. Store standards could be higher.
