Horrible customer service. The people behind the counter care more about putting cigarettes away than helping the long line. Went to pay for a coffee with cash and got scoffed at that the cashier had to do his job and give cash back.

This place is worthless to go!
You buy an item, get cash back, then you ask for smaller bills, they tell you to buy more items so you can get smaller bills!
Ridiculous, so disrespectful! This place needs completely new staff, starting from their management and continuing with their cash registers that waste you 20 min for one payment!

Literally every time I walk in there to prepay gas (bc the pumps never work) the lady just stares at me and says nothing. Either on her phone, EATING CHIPS (literally right in your face smacking her lips) or has her earbuds in. Anything other than her job. The worst service ever, this has happened over and over again. You truly can’t tell if they are on break or if they are able to ring you up. I leave this place mad every time. It’s literally the bare minimum to stand there and ring up my gas

Cashier had earbuds in and was talking on her phone? Did not look at me, or give me my total just continued talking to whomever was on the phone. Very rude! I even thanked her, and she continued to ignore. Worst cashier!

Went to put $20 dollars prepaid on my card. Went to the pump and the pump wouldn't engage after selecting the grade. Went back in to try to get it fixed and was told of was "refunded".
Fat white woman was rude, told me I had an attitude because I was angry that your system stole the money from me when I had nothing else at the time as was running on fumes.

Dude with the hat is great. Done appreciate the new chick with the “you gon have to wait” then proceeds to help 4 other people. I’ll just drive down 2 miles to cascade ion need to deal with her shit at 10pm

It wasn't too bad of a place however it seems like cashiers were pretty preoccupied. With a large customer flow that seemed pretty normal. Pretty clean drink station and fully stocked options. And all in all not a bad place to stop for a quick fill up and maybe a drink. They have a self-scan checkout if you're not getting gas as well.

Supposed to be open 24/7, but when I pulled up tonight the bald guy locked the doors at 7pm and came out front smoking a cigarette. He said “sorry stores closed”. I had an emergency and needed to use the ATM, and he still said no. Right when I get back in my car he went back inside the store. Extremely unprofessional, selfish, and annoying.
