  Shirley and her team are amazing! Recently, I was experiencing some issues and my primary care provider could not pinpoint the cause. They told me to come back if I was still having pain after a few weeks, but could not offer any answers. Shirley was able to explain exactly what was causing the pain and corrected it immediately! The exercises I left with have helped me to keep the my body aligned and the pain away. Thank you, Shirley and team! You are miracle workers!
