The service there was awful, I am a customer for t - mobile for the last 3 years, the person charged me a five dollar fee for Visa card but why?

Phones/phone plans are pretty much the same across all the providers. The customer service makes the difference. We stopped in to add a line to an older Sprint plan we had. Nicolette was great and let us know coming in on the 9th would make it alot easier to convert the plan and add a new line. I really appreciate her customer service and advice. We'll be back.

My husband and I had a complicated change of responsibilities from old accounts which this took a lot of the employees time. Each person who helped was friendly and patient. Devante was helpful and explained everything very well with our new plan and wrote it out for us. Jose & Eric took over later in the process and were also great to work with! Great team work and multi tasking !

I gave one star only because I can’t give zero stars. The Ashley the employee I came in contact with was horrible. She cannot explain to me anything to make me understand what was going on. I explained to her I was trying to do An upgrade she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $700 out-of-pocket to upgrade. I told her no I don’t. It’s on my account that I upgrade. One of the phones I was turning in that was already paid off. She proceeds still tell me that I couldn’t do it and I need $700. I told her well I can do it online and I don’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket but the tax and activation fee not one time. Does she ask for her managers help And I am currently right now waiting on my two upgrades and I only paid $182 for both so if you want good service I wouldn’t go to this store again. Ashley was rude and has poor customer service. Maybe somebody should sit down and teach her.?? I even called to let her know this and no apology she felt she was still in the right you have a lot to learn Ashley!!!!!

Here a TMobile for like the sixth time. TMobile replaced my number with a different number. I have been at this store now for two hours. Yesterday I spent 4 hours in a different store. Customer service hangs up on me, and now I see them hanging up on the guy here in the store. I'm starting to think I will never get my number back! I never asked T-Mobile to change my number. The guy in the store is trying to be helpful but Jesus will return before T-Mobile gives me my number back

I had to come in close to closing time to do an upgrade, but the staff were understanding and made sure I was good to go before closing up. I worked with Jose, he was very friendly did a fantastic job.

I would give zero stars if possible. The people talked a good game, but over the course of a month, they lacked the knowledge/ability to make our phones work (one purchased from them, one transferred in). On the fourth visit to the store, I was told I needed a warranty replacement of a 10-day old phone. As it turns out, T-Mobile charges $20 for a warranty exchange. I was then given a broken phone as a replacement. They remained unable to make the phones work after five visits. The worst part is that they are demanding that I pay for the useless, broken phone that they sold me and absolutely refuse to take it back. T-Mobile has got to be the absolute worst phone company in America.

It’s a “ghetto” store and the employees mouth off to you if you call them out for being wrong. They have friends over they try to sell stuff to and they hang out gossiping instead of helping people. They are T-Mobile corporate so you get the full experience of bottom-of-the-barrel customer service. If you leave feeling disappointed that you ever signed with sprint or T-Mobile then they did their job. Soon as my contract is up and my device paid I’m going to Verizon since They require an education when they hire staff.

Eric was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to resolve a SIM-related issue that phone support was not able to help me with. Definitely ask for him when you visit!

Good experience, as a visitor had a local SIM card with no problems. Was able to WhatsApp family and friends in no time
