2 out of 3 ain't bad, but.....I had a very disappointing experience. I worked with 2 associates, one assistant manager and sales associate, and one manager. The first two were exceptional. The manager, Joe, was the questionable one.My wife upgraded, which caused my insurance to fall off the account. I cracked my screen. I went to make a claim, and we found that my insurance had fallen off when my wife upgraded our account. They reinstated it and T-Mobile/Assurance sent me a phone that didn't work. Sent it back and they sent a working one. This is three weeks I've been left with a partially working phone. The two exceptional ones were who I was dealing with so I'm irritated but the good service covered. I worked with the manager at the end to transfer data. He was OK. As I am leaving he tells me they are really proud of their customer service and he would call me on Monday or Tuesday to compensate. Monday and Tuesday come and go. I called him Thursday, unavailable and no return call. I called him the following week, but there was no return phone call. A week later I had to in. He's helping a customer so I had to wait,no big deal. I left him my number and he actually called me!I, of course, was unavailable.I went in and he told me all they could do was a $30 refund. 6 weeks later and he compensates $30.....I beg to differ that the manager takes pride in his customer service because I would not be too prideful having given this service.Not sure I want to stick with them.I've never had very good luck at franchises.

Had the pleasure of working with Isiac who works at the T-Mobile location at Beltline/Knapp in Grand Rapids Michigan. Needed to add a line to my plan, and make some plan changes cause we were originally with Sprint until the merge. Isiac was not only able to add my daughter to my plan with a new phone but I was able to upgrade as well. His product knowledge was awesome, along with helping us make decisions on accessories. Isiac made some tweaks to my rollover "former" Sprint plan which had some unnecessary costs (we have 5 phones) and transitioned me to a better plan that T-Mobile offers. Thus, saving me money. Isiac was very helpful, very polite, and just made my whole experience extremely successful. I will travel to the Beltline/Knapp location (which is 40 minute drive) to have Isiac wait on us in the future. Isiac is an excellent representative for your store, and is an example of what customer service should be like. A++++++Thanks again from long long time Sprint/T-Mobile customer!!

My fiancé and I needed to merge on a family plan but we had been putting it off for sometime. Stop at a moblie phone store has never been a fun activity we just go out of necessity. Not today we stopped at the T-Mobile at Knapp's crossing and met Joe W. And team. They were amazing and very helpful. They ran all sorts of scenarios and found us the best deal. Before we left Kai helped us with our Apple+. We were having issues signing in at home. He got us squared away and even gave us ideas on what to watch. Joe W. Must be a great manager because every single one of his employees looked happy to be there. Everyone helped us it was like Joe knew everyone strengths and used them to work smarter not harder. Even the other guest were smiling because Joe W. Had set a positive atmosphere ✨️ by having a positive attitude. It was a pleasure working with everyone in the room. Thank you for not making it miserable. ? Come to this location for help and service.

I used a big name wireless / broadband company for decades. It felt like it. T Mobile services are excellent. Moreover the Manager Joe W & the Associate manager Dundrial B have collective management, engineering & superior customer service, people, wireless, and internet modem skills. This location is unique, the team is honest & transparent. Thank you D , Joe, and T mobile team. This locations team is technical, customer focused, and easy to do business with. Thanks guys!

Joe, Kai and the entire team at the East Beltline location are amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Joe went above and beyond to make sure that all 7 members on our family account got the devices that they wanted. Kai, with some help from the team, did an amazing job of activating and getting all of our devices up and running! My husband and I had been in and out of this store and other Tmobile locations as we were doing our research in deciding which cellular provider was the best fit for our family. Every time we entered this location, Joe and team were extremely kind and accommodating. All of our questions were answered, and we were always treated as though we were the priority. Joe is a great leader and despite the store being very busy during the holiday season, he made sure that he was always leading and coaching the team in a positive way without taking time away from the customers in the store. The entire team is clearly very dedicated and appear to truly enjoy what they do! Thank you to the entire team for an amazing introduction to Tmobile!

I was in here about a month ago and again a week ago. The customer service here is outstanding. This is by far my favorite and now my only go to. I have been to other locations where the customer service was nonexistent. Acted like I was bothering them.

This branch has an amazing team! Isaac, D, Joe, and Kai were very courteous, respectful, and professional.They helped me solve an Estate account issue. courteous, respectful, and professional. that I had been working on closing for nearly one month. I had called the customer care line multiple times and received no results.Thank you for your patience and determination! You're a dream team.

Came in to have my replacement phone data switched over. Greeted by Issac with a great smile. This team here is outstanding. High energy, great comradery, good communication.Looks like a great place to work and absolute professionals.Would recommend anyone with T-mobile to come here.
