I love the produce and frozen food selections for my severe food allergies, it's one of the few stores I can shop. Workers and friendly and helpful and store is clean.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. The WORST customer service/policies. I had a pick-up order that I discovered was missing half of the items when I returned home. When I called to see if the items could be delivered to my house [as they do offer this service], the only thing they offered was to have me drive back to the store to pick-up my order. Be sure to check your pick-up orders before you leave the store!

This target has gone down hill so badly since the remodel a couple of years ago. The shelves are never fully stocked, everything is picked over and you can forget the dollar spot. I have placed multiple pick up orders only to be messaged saying item out of stock. Why is it so bad?! I’ve found another target that is clean, peaceful and much more organized and try to avoid 28th st as much as possible.

Employee by the name of Tara. Such an amazing person so quick to help and just a joy to be around. Really just an amazing employee this location should be very proud of her and the target organization as a whole should be glad to have her. Great customer service!

Very terrible customer service. I came in with a 5 dollar bill and 6 single dollar bills to buy goods. They checked my $5 bill and determine it was fake, it wasn't at all. I then asked them to check the rest of my dollar bills, and they didn't even check them and told me they were fake. I just decided to go and spend my money somewhere else because I immediately thought it was not worth my while to deal with ignorant customer service.

Store consistently only has one side of self checkout open. Doesn’t matter what day or time of day, only the one by the grocery side is open. Very inconvenient and lines build up. Takes one person to man a self checkout area….

Target was oddly understocked on a lot of items.
Would sunblock be in the cosmetics or the outdoor gear section? Neither, in the center of the store by the underwear.
If you needed a 'USB-C to USB-A cable' would it be by the cellphones, in electronics, or up front in the impulse buy racks? None of the above, no associate could find one in the entire store. They offered that you could order online and get it delivered. Not joking.
I'll give the associates credit that they did try, but seems like the most common cable in the world should be somewhere....
... The gas station had a rack of them, in many colors and sizes.
