The Shade Shop in Grand Rapids from my 1st consultant to the great man that removed my old blinds and installed my new ones. The friendly staff that answer phones and questions are 100% professional.
The blinds they installed are top quality and a pleasure for me to use daily. Best investment I made in my home. Totally satisfied!. Thank you for making my home secure, bright and my happy place.

I have new shades installed in my living room, dining room and two bedrooms. I chose The Shade Shop because it is locally owned and I remember going there as a child with my mother. The service was wonderful from my first visit with Corinne to picking out fabric with Wes to installation with Jerry. I love the new look without all the blind strings hanging.

We recently moved to a new home that needed new window treatments on all the windows. We chose the Shade Shop because they’ve been in Grand Rapids forever and our family owned. I bought some Hunter-Douglass blinds from The Shade Shop 12 years ago. One of them recently fell and I could see that a small plastic piece in a bracket had broken. I called the store and Aimee had me text her a photo of the bracket that I needed. She ordered a whole package of that particular bracket from the manufacturer and had them shipped to my home. They arrived in three days and I was not charged. Great customer support!
