Richard was patient he answered all my questions and concerns. And I left with a truck that I love. If I could give zero, I would. Do not make the mistake of buying or leasing a vehicle here. You are making a critical mistake.
I want to be very clear: this wasn’t one bad experience or one unlucky situation. My business has leased four different vehicles on four different occasions, and every single one came with its own problems. On top of that, there were multiple smaller issues in between. The pattern is impossible to ignore. Anyone considering purchasing or leasing from this dealership should seriously rethink it.
Service department: This is the only part of the dealership I can say anything positive about. I’ve been a loyal service customer for about seven years. They are definitely more expensive than other local shops, but the personnel is fantastic and they make the process easy. However, I did have a couple thousand dollars’ worth of items stolen out of my truck while it was in their possession. They mentioned that it happens all the time, yet they don’t have any cameras. It took over a year to get reimbursed. True story. I still bring my vehicles there for service, but I now take an hour to clean everything out beforehand because having something stolen feels probable. As far as I know, they still don’t have security cameras.
Now for the real problem: the sales department. The sales department is absolutely horrific. We have leased four vehicles for our business through them, and each experience has been so clunky and off-putting that I could write a whole book about everything that has gone wrong. Whoever runs this dealership, whether it’s the Wenzel family or someone else, should honestly be embarrassed by what they have allowed this place to become.
We have even reached out to GM to file formal complaints. There is a complete lack of systems and processes, a lack of leadership, very poor standards for customer service, terrible communication, and an overall disorganized approach to everything they do. Just for one example, I left three very clear, polite, and simple voicemails and never received a call back in over four months. They have lied on multiple occasions, dragged us through the mud, and made so many mistakes that things had to be completely redone more than once.
The sales department is a complete joke, and it is unfortunate that GM still allows Wenzel to operate.

I was told over the phone I qualified for a lease deal advertised on their website. I said the exact deal and what I had for qualifications and was told I was good to go and that other people with the same qualifications have been getting the deal.
I called back 20 minutes later to schedule a time to come in and was told by a different person that I don't have the qualification. The deal went from $199 a month with 0 down for 24 months to $438 a month with $1200 down for 36 months.
I'm glad the salesman was honest with me the second time but he straight up told me the first person lied to me to try to get me to come in. Don't be fooled by the ads and don't waste your time. The deals are not achievable for most people and they will lie to get you in the door.

I traded in my GMC Terrian for a truck I have been wanting. I am not upset with my sales person Josh Blum is great. But I feel I got the terrible end of the deal! The 2014 GMC series I bought ending up having quite a few issues not even 3 weeks after I got it. And theses are not issues that happen in that amount of time. This is something the service department should have notice. I will be doing what ever it takes to get ride of this peice of junk. Again my sales person has all way been great these issues are on the service side.

This was my first visit to your service department. The issue was on a GM bulletin and fully covered on my factory warranty. The dealership service was quick (one business day) and although there were a few days awaiting parts, everything seemed to move better than the expected turnaround. Also, communication was very transparent with my Service Writer, Steve Olson.

The staff here go above and beyond! From the second you walk in the door until you get your keys they strive to do everything they can to make the experince pleasant. I had the pleasure of working Julian Botello who did a fantastic job of making sure I found what I needed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. 😀🙏
