I worked with Ronnie on purchasing a Yukon today and had a very good experience. This dealer had the vehicle I needed at a fair price and was able to offer an equally fair price on my trade-in resulting in a good deal for everyone. This is my first vehicle from this dealer but I doubt it will be my last. The premium vehicle selection on offer paired with the team of committed professionals on staff made my transaction hassle-free and efficient. It was very satisfying to see this dealership live up to it's First-Class reputation. Thank You.

Mel at TW GMC is the BEST!!! He is super nice, patient & understanding when purchasing a vehicle from him. And funny too! He makes the process easy with being able to text him questions. We have purchased 8 vehicles now from here & always have a great experience! We purchased 2 vehicles in 3 months this year alone! We drive an hour & 1/2 to get vehicles from Mel for a reason, even with having a GM dealership near our home town. Thanks for all your hard work Mel! :)

Prior visits were ok. However this most recent visit was not good. The most unnerving and surprising outcome resulted when I sat and spoke with a service professional regarding serving/addressing an issue/concern with my vehicle. The service professional gave me the run around regarding setting an appointment, seemingly trying to convince me to take it elsewhere for service of the warrantied issue.He then said he would set me an appointment once my oil change was completed. The service agent watched me pay for my oil change and didn't say a word. As I approached him, he hurriedly looked away from me and picked up the phone as if he was speaking to someone, but was not speaking. Feeling very awkward, I exited the office and drove out of the service area. This is terrible service, and a serious blemish on my opinion of this GMC dealership.Definitely NOT happy with this dealership.

Would leave no stars if I could. I had a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 with 45000 miles that was burning over 3 quarts of oil in a 5000-mile oil change and GMC Said it was my problem and they wouldn't do anything about it. I will never and I mean never recommend this dealership or buy another GMC Vehicle after this experience. I would highly recommend anyone else to choose another dealership. Nice people but they do not stand behind the product they sell.

Incredible customer service!!!!!! Vince and his team really exceeded my expectations and I have never been happier with an auto service department. When my 2017 GMC Yukon needed serious repairs, Vince and his team worked with my warranty company to get the job done and got me right back on the road. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I will say that overall, I had a pleasant experience with Assad. There were a few bumps along the way, but Assad always stepped up and handled each situation like a champ. He was amazing to work with and the amount of effort he put in to making me happy was shocking compared to the customer service found at other places lately. He waited for me to drive from out of state and arrive at 9pm to finalize a deal. After I was done completing all of the paperwork, I went outside to find Assad moving all of my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one. I'm not just talking about a few little things inside the vehicle, I'm also talking about a stack of firewood in the back of the truck. I had to leave in a hurry and forgot to unload the firewood before I left. Assad is a great guy and I would not hesitate to deal with him for any future purchases. If you are looking to do business with Todd Wenzel, do yourself a favor and ask for Assad!!!

Financed very first truck with Todd Wenzel Buick/GMC of Grand Rapids and what an amazing experience. Had Jaime as my sales consultant and vehicle coordinator. Jaime is extremely knowledgeable and easy to connect with off the bat. A+ work again Jaime!. Thank you to the finance manager Rosa for providing exceptional explanation and quick/easy process in getting the best loan price possible! As far as the truck, I love it! Our sales representative when out of his way to find us a vehicle at another dealership, with the features we were looking for, and have it delivered to his location, in less than 24 hours. We were able to get the vehicle we were looking for at our target price. We will definitely be looking for our next vehicle at this dealership when the time comes.

2 hour oil change with an appointment that’s nuts. Then I go to leave and start the truck and there is an error for the tire sensors that wasn’t on before so it had to go back in making it 2 1/2. Maybe there are staffing issues, if so don’t book so many appointments. I recommend Berger drive through oil change so much faster.

I scheduled online, and thought I had an appointment time, but when I arrived I found out that it had never been put on the schedule. They were able to fit me in anyway, and my car was done within an hour and a half. They were also helpful with getting me a ride back to my house while I waited for the repair.

I as disappointed that I was not given a call to report when my vehicle was ready. I had to call and whoever answered had to go check on it. He called me back and said it was finished. He said it was because the person that I was working with was on vacation. Not my problem. There should be communication and continuity of service so absences are seamless to the customer. We went to pick it up right away and was told we had to wait because the person that checks people out went to drive someone to the rental car place. Why would you send the one person that does the check out process away from the office? We had to wait about 20 minutes from her to return. I asked if the amount spent would be credited for points being earned on my GMC rewards. She said no, it's not linked up to do that. I have to figure out how to manually apply that. How many people get gypped out of points by not asking? Why doesn't it apply? I have no idea how to do it and will have to take time out of my day to search it up or call someone. Very frustrating. If this is how collision service is, I will go somewhere else if we have a need again. I had high expectations after having great experiences at the dealership, but if after purchase service sucks then it's not worth it. And to top it all of 3% fee for a credit card payment?!?! Seriously, all of the collision services are pricey. Most people likely don't use cash or debit. If you truly need the fee then just put it in your already outrageous cost. It's not like a restaurant that needs the fee cause the credit card cost is as much as a bill. Just feels greedy!
