Brought my Mercedes there on a recommendation from my insurance company. Poor communication. They said they would have a loaner then couldn’t find one. But the main reason for the 1 star is the workmanship is poor. I waited 90 days to review. Paint is peeling. Bumper doesn’t line up. Go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience with Todd Wenzel collision center. I was helped by Dave, the main manager of the place. Dave lied to the insurance guy, he also deceived me in the process of getting my truck back on the road. Also, I brought my truck in with a full tank of gas - it was on empty when I picked it up. Finally, I decided to call the owner Todd Wenzel but was sent to a dummy line that just kept ringing without the option to leave a voicemail. I would not recommend this place to anyone, avoid at all costs.

Took my vehicle in on 6/9/23 for a quote on some body work under my grandpas insurance since the damage was his before we bought the vehicle. We have bought the vehicle now and it’s still on his insurance until the work is done. We advised Bryan (the manager) of this when we were in on the 9th and he said no worries you’ll have a quote this afternoon. After not receiving anything, I tried calling the 14th spoke with a woman, didn’t catch her name, she said she would talk to Bryan and Chris about it and would call me back. No call back received. I called again the 15th and left a voicemail, no one has returned the call, emailed Chris and Bryan on the 16th and Chris responded same day saying he would “do all I can to get the quote completed this afternoon before I go for the day. I'll be sure to just make a PDF file of it and email it to you when I'm done.” (directly quoted from the email). Today, 6/26, I have still yet to receive a response on that quote, I emailed back on 6/21 and left another voicemail this morning. Should have recognized the red flags when Bryan said “we aren’t a body shop that works directly with any insurance companies and so a lot of people don’t do their work here because their insurance tells them to go somewhere else.” At this point I don’t think it’s their insurance telling them that, I think they see it takes this long for a quote and don’t dare trust leaving the vehicle for fear that will take just as long if not longer. We were even going to have some customer pay work done that we requested a quote on, guess they don’t like getting paid.. Bryan was polite but inaccurate information/false promises and this long of a wait for a quote has tainted all of that for me. I likely will not be returning.

Was able to walk right in without making an appointment and they were able to give me a quote in less than an hour. Knowledgeable, great customer service, and very thorough with their estimate. Highly recommend.

Painted and replaced my driver side mirror. The lady that hit my mirror is from a military family and a family friend to another body shop and could receive a discount. I preferred Todd Wenzel to repair my vehicle and they were willing to give her the same price as the other repair shop.
