I am sorry to say I have had my Ford explorer in the repair shop here at Tony Bennett Ford since the first week of September. The engine needs torn apart for steering rod, work and more. They still have not even started on it and this is the week of Thanksgiving 2023 so over two months now.. very disappointed Cynthia Jones

For being a young adult buying a used car for the first time, I can speak very highly of both Tim and Mike! Not only is Tim efficient and informative, but he is also down to earth with a warm personality. He is very validating and calm, which definitely helps a customer feel less rushed and anxious in making such a big decision. Mike made the signing process feel like a breeze; so pleasant and happy to help no matter the time of day. I am very happy with my experience.

I bought a used Ram truck from these guys a little over a year ago. Initially I was happy but, unfortunately, I'm beyond disappointed. First purchasing the truck everything went smooth. My first oil change. They did the oil change but "forgot" to rotate the tires. They didn't however forget to charge me. Ok, things happen, I got over it. Fast forward to thanksgiving of 2022. My truck was leaking coolant. I didn't see any obvious problems and it looked like it was coming from the water pump. I brought it in to the shop there and they told me the water pump was brand new, but still leaking. I purchased a warranty with the truck and they tried telling me that the water pump was not covered and would be 900 dollars to fix. After many phone calls and me bringing the brochure of the warranty they sold me that said "water pump" on it they agreed it was covered. Then they tried to tell me my thermostat was bad and wanted to charge me 300 dollars for a thermostat. The brochure also said it covered thermostats and thermostat housing. Once I told them that all of a sudden my thermostat was just fine. Cool. Then they discovered that I had a fuel return line that was damaged and that would be 988 dollars to fix. You know, the same price of the water pump they had to replace. They showed me the return line and sure enough it was spraying fuel all over the top of the engine. Now when my water pump was bad I looked all over the entire engine compartment trying to find the source of the leak. There was ZERO fuel spraying all over the engine. I would have smelled the diesel and would have seen the leak. I believe they did this on purpose. Either way, I needed my truck fixed. I told them to repair it. Roughly two weeks later they called and said everything was ready to go. I came in, handed them a thousand dollars and they gave me my keys. Once they pulled the truck around they told me they had to jump it to get it to start. I've never had battery issues and told them if there's issues I want them aware that it happened while in their care. I get in my truck and head home happy to finally have my truck back. My tires were a bit low so I stopped at the gas station to air them up. As I'm airing my tire I smell diesel. I look under my truck and diesel is POURING out of my truck. I pop the hood to see if it's the same return line I just paid to be fixed. It wasn't. However there was an engine cover that was not put back correctly just thrown into the engine compartment and the main airflow from the air filter wasn't even attached. I'm pissed at this point. Like really pissed. I get back into the truck and my dash board is lit up like a Christmas tree. Every light imaginable is on. I drove back to their shop and I yelled and probably said some curse words. I apologized and told them it's just unacceptable to let someone drive their vehicle away in this condition. They called me the following Monday and said everything is fixed except a EGT sensor that isn't covered by the warranty and they don't want to fix. They told me to take it to a RAM dealer. I bought the truck there. Had the maintenance done there. They messed up my truck and then told me they won't work on it? I'd never recommend this place and am considering contacting the news so they can let everyone know how bad that shop is. Buy somewhere else.

My car needed some new tie rods, and stuff started adding up alignment, new brakes. But after all the it was still way under 1000 bucks. And they took very good care of my car while I was on Vacation. I will be back!!!!

I brought my f150 truck in to get fixed. The door would not shut so I took it to the dealor thinking it was something easy(which it was) the idiots at the ford dealer opened the door and scratched the door! Then asked if I had an extended warranty (I did not ) Then he said it needed a new lock and could schedule it for next week. So I was upset and drove home ; watched a utube video and realized my daughter had put 3 crayons in the plastic black handle - pocket holder. It was the obstructing crayon that perfectly blocked the door from shutting.! .....wow I was so happy I removed the crayons and it was like new. Then I was thinking ....what if my daughter was in the passanger seat on the highway and put crayons in the holder-lever. She could have been hurt. It wouldn't take much to drop a crayon in the lever-pocket ; then the door would fly open. It's amazing how little the dealor knows about there own f150 trucks. I post this hoping I help someone. This should be a recalled flawed design; very dangerous. Prayers.

Horrible sales staff. They sold a truck after accepting our deposit and they wouldn't give us another truck (that we purchased) because the salesman was using it as his commuter.

Brought a used car from them. On the day I brought the car it was pouring out so I wasn't able to do a in-depth look at the car. I brought it on a saturday, took it straight home and parked it in my garage. I didn't touch it or drive it for a week as I was in the hospital. Six days later I went to drive it and as soon as I back it out of my garage I noticed the windshield was completely scratch up. I called the sales man and explained what I had found. He told me he would have to get back with me. He called back and told me that they wouldn't do anything for me. He stated that they do a through inspection of the car before it's placed on the lot. I said well then how did these scratches get on the car? I explained they were old scratches. I ask is there anything they can do for me, maybe we meet halfway. I was willing to pay half for the fix. He flat out said no. It truly said that considering the money I spent on the car they wouldn't let me halfway. I went and had the windshield replaced. The person who replaced it looked at the old windshield and he stated that the scratches were old and did not appear to have been made within a week. Very sad that the dealership couldnt and wouldn't work with me. I will not be taking my car back there for any future maintenance. Even sadder my wife was planning on taking her car in to trade in for a explorer. We will be going somewhere else.
