I came back tired from work, told the chef I'd sit on the mini chair and eat my pizza here. And when my pizza was ready, let me know. It took ages, but there was no news of my pizza; they had cooked it but didn't inform me. Finally, someone came and asked why I was here, and I said for the pizza, then they brought cold pizza. Secondly, I said the pizza should have less cheese because of my sensitivity. But they didn't do it. When I tried to complain, a lady didn't give me time. I waited, but she ignored me. She attended to newcomers but not me. I also left the pizza and walked out. It was a bad experience. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away from it.

The food was decent but very pretty pricey for what you get. The service over the phone while ordering could use some help.. they didn't have straight forward answer on what was on the menu so I decided to order online. I grew up on toppers in their original location in Whitewater Wi so it was good to see them spread across the Midwest but wasn't as good as I remember which is typical for anything from anyone's childhood.

Just ordered a pizza and waited at the counter where there were 3 employees. Not one of them wanted to help. One was on his phone the other one was eating at the counter and the other one was stocking items I guess. If it wasn't my son's birthday I would have gotten my money back PERIOD! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE UGH.

AvoidOrdered delivery, was told one hour to arrive. 90 minutes later I call for an update, and am told it’s out for delivery and should arrive any moment. Fifteen more minutes go by, I call back and ask the manager for a refund, she hangs up on me. I call again, this time I’m told the order never went out at all, and the delivery driver is standing in the store. Ended up wasting two hours waiting for a pizza that was never coming anyway. My order was cancelled without so much as an apology.

Not only does this place rock when it comes to good food, but the people who work there are amazing (including me, lol). I may be a little biased, but im telling you, if you have never tried our pizza, give it a shot, and you won't be disappointed!

Ordered the 2 large pizza and bread sticks deal; was given the 2 pizzas then had the door locked on us. Called to ask and got a customer representative that sent us to the store's phone that didn't answer the phone and paid in cash so no chance of a refund.

Good Vegan pizza, I'm from New Jersey I'm here for the weekend because I just started a trucking job, I had them 2 times this weekend. There's no other vegan spot out here that know of... Yup their pizza is Great

Ordered my food and after 2 hours and 45 minutes my food never arrived. Tried calling to complain to a manager and of course no answer. I spent $31 on this order and never received it. Now I have to wait 30 days for a dispute on my debit card. They closed and I never got my food. This place is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I will have to agree with most of the rest of the reviews, Toppers pizza is great I'm not usually a crust fan but I ate the crust and I will be back for more. GREAT JOB TOPPERS!!!

Vegan options should NOT be this expensive. $17 for bread sticks ? .... Idk the pizza wasn't even that great for the price honestly. We also ordered regular pizza and wasn't impressed. JBs was definitely more affordable and better quality. Customer service was about the same for both but the prices here are just scandalous compared to everyone in the area honestly. It's pizza.Vegetarian options: No bueno
