Can someone please post what is going on with my Triton email account? I have tried to call and get only a busy signal and the website is also down. Haven't been able to access my email since November 7. Thank you if you can reply.

So tired of the poor service of Triton. They have hosted my business website and email for about 17 yrs now. Seems every month or two there's some sort of issue with my site being down, or not being able to access my emails for my business. Now today yet again, I have some sort of server error popping up where I can not access my business email which I NEED to access or I can not work. Been trying to reach someone at Triton for the past 5 hours and the phone just rings and rings with no one picking up. Tried three different numbers I have for them, sent and email, even tried sending a message on FB but no reply or contact anywhere. This is the last straw, I am switching hosts so I do not have to put up with this poor excuse for customer service any longer ASAP!

This company is pure trash. Haven't had internet in 3 weeks. They have "sent" over at&t to fix it twice but no one every showed. They use at&t equipment so might as well go straight through at&t... It's been hard to actually speak with anyone over the phone they are all about texting. They are shady, incompetent and hard to get a hold of. No explanation from their side. Their prices aren't even good!

Our service at a 20 unit complex has been cut abruptly with no explanation and no commitment to when it will be back on. We have been without service for 9 days now. Worst service and communication I've experienced ever. I even had one of the techs block my number when I called to inquire.

Our experience started out kind of rocky, was nice while it lasted, and then unexpectedly ended without a full explanation. Due to miscommuincation, it took nearly a month for them to install our internet. Once installed, it appeared to be a great deal. We didn't have any issues with our connectivity until about 10 months in, and then the internet unexpectedly cut out. They didn't have an answer as to why our service had stopped, but they did refund our monthly payment and cancel the contract in timely manner (although we didn't recieve much of an apology, or a follow up call to confirm our refund). I was super bummed because I was excited to spend my money supporting a local business, but when it comes to wifi, reliability is key.
