The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!

The person who helped me was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure I got the trailer with the ramp. Reservation, pickup, and drop-off was very smooth.

We have used this facility for just about everything except storage. The hitch installation has gone smooth on 2 vehicles and we have had a custom upgrade done to one that required them to take our input and apply it. Great team and honestly the prices are reasonable for a large brand.

Cancelled rental - it took 3 phone calls only to discover that the location I prefer (and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with) no longer rent trucks. I'll take my business else where.

I have been in the process of 2 moves in the last 6 months. I have used this location and one other. This location is superior. Equipment well maintained and the customer service experience is top shelf.

Rented a 10 Ct truck to use in moving smaller stuff in a move to a condo. Instead of making 5 trips in my Jeep GC, we moved once with the little truck. Also a run to the Transfer Station for metal recycling, household recycling and junk dump. The truck was well used, 130,000 miles, it ran well and everything worked. Great value and time saver. The staff was friendly and helpful. This location has been updated recently. Very nice.

I rented a 20' truck and auto transport trailer for a move across the country, and everything went as smooth as could be. The workers had everything ready to go when I got there Sunday afternoon, and were helpful in showing how to tie down and load the car. The truck ran well and didn't run into any issues on the road. It averaged about 8 mpg with the car in tow.

Even though she was very busy, the only worker I saw there was running around like crazy but still managing to be very helpful and friendly. I'm guessing she's not paid enough and should be paid more :)
