Decent food, prices are not bad, but not great deals either.
My issue is the 3% admin fee added to my bill. When I inquired about it, I was told it was due to inflation and so that they would not have to reprint menus with different pricing. I asked where this was printed, and it’s printed on the bottom of the menu. The menu that had to be reprinted to add this small excerpt that can only be seen with 20/20 vision.
On top of that - the actual verbiage reads “credit card transactions”, but when I asked if I could pay with cash to avoid the fee, I was told by management that they charge this fee to all bills, no matter choice of payment.
I was told that this has been going on for over four months, and that it was put in place by ownership; not management. 3% increase of most likely unnoticed additional income for this chain over months and months in my personal opinion is shady business practice.
I grew up in Caledonia and spent many of my teen through adult years supporting Uccs. I will bring my business to places who charge what they advertise.

I was driving for DD and the hostess continued to tell me that my order was not ready. I told her the name numerous times. I tried to make small talk and said how it was my first time driving. Then she instantly said "somebody else already picked up the order" insisted it and tried to walk away. I was not taking that answer and I started pressing her. I think she thought I was dumb and tried to give me some excuse for how the order has been closed out. A coworker overheard and found the order right behind the hostess where it had been sitting the ENTIRE TIME!!! She made me over 20 minutes late to my delivery. Be better at your job.

I visited Uccello's Ristorante- East Beltline on a work trip recently and thought this was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is a sports bar type atmosphere. The menu looks to be very diverse but we both actually settled on the Seafood Risotto. As I have seen on some other reviews, the portions of this dish were enormous but I did find a silver lining in the portion size. It allowed us to concentrate on eating all of the seafood out of the dish and just leave the rice that we could not eat. Since we had a three-hour drive ahead of us we really didn't want to pack it up for the next day.I have to say the dish was amazing! It came out of the kitchen PIPING HOT and the sauce/rice kept in the heat for almost the entire time it took to eat the seafood out of the dish.The garlic bread was really flavorful by itself but the sauce in the risotto ON the garlic bread was insane. I recommend the use of the garlic bread in this manner!Overall, I would recommend this spot and if I find myself in this area again I would love to try a pizza or another dish.

Enjoyed dinner here after an event at DeVos. Our waitress was wonderful, food was delicious and was served promptly. The tiramisu was heavenly. Will definitely return.Parking: It's a busy place, but we were able to find convenient parking.Kid-friendliness: Many families out with their kids.

OMG!it was the best food ever. We got it takeout. But it was super hot. Totally delicious. Wife got the fettuccine Alfredo. I got spaghetti and meatballs. Thank you for the best fast service and very delicious meal.

I will never understand how any Italian restaurant would use CANNED mushrooms. Gross! So, even Faro likes canned mushrooms on his "Faro" pizza? No way. I didn't think to call and ask before ordering, but now I remember why I don't eat here.

Food was fine. Pretty sure the red sauce has more sugar than Krispy Kreme down the street. The pizza puffs were good. Our waitress was a magician because she would make herself disappear. The table next to us had the same waitress and had to ask someone else to find her. We had to take silverware from an empty table because we never got any even after asking.

I went in with my kids, and the food was good. Although I felt that we should have been sat in the dining area instead of the side with the bar. We had our kids, and it's loud on that side. The food tasted delicious, but the U fries were soggy. They definitely should be fried more crispy if they are putting butter and garlic on them. The service wasn't too bad, but there were quite a few times we we waiting on refills or to ask for sauce. For a busy as it was, it was understandable.
