Omg. Ulta Beauty.. Ridiculous! Prices so inflated! Before inflation even started.. They gotta be crazy charging 29.00 for and eye brow arch. The place on the body'with the least amount of hair! .. It' is possible to get a whole Brazilian wax cheaper than that! Scammers :) cause if you don't ask upfront they don't tell you the price and it's no where where you can see it . Probably cause they know the prices are outrageous! Flat out robbery. No one in the universe charged that much Just ULLTA. Wow! Smh

This store is so beautiful! I had to talk myself into not shopping because I was doing an order pick up and I still went shopping lol! One of the cleanest stores I’ve been to. Employees at the register were kind . I really liked the lady in the pink blazer she was very stylish! I would love to do a proper walk through when I have more free time but my quick visit was pleasant !

I had the best experience here the other week. I was sunburned and needed some new make up. Catherine approached me and was nice and genuine. I typically don’t enjoy dealing with associates but she was helpful and not pushy, or trying to upsell. I found what I needed when they were out of a few things I regularly get, and it actually worked out better.

Ulta has people that are there to help they will walk with you to help find the products you want! They are always so helpful the store is clean and organized. I've been to other ulta stores and they are similar to Ulta on 28th street!

Great products, but I couldn’t find a worker to ask some questions which made me take even longer to make a choice. When I went to check out, there were four workers socializing upfront, and only one person ringing people up, and then that one person walked away to go socialize with the others for a minute. When I got rung up, I had to say no multiple times for the credit card, which was a little annoying. Overall very unprofessional. I normally shop at Ulta in Kalamazoo and this location’s customer service is nothing like theirs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ulta customer service team are horrible. They are working with a new delivery team that don't even notify you when your items are delivered. I spent 119.77 with ulta and when my items got delivered while I was work it was stolen. I've reached out to the business for replacement and they are not doing anything to help me. If this is how you treat you your customers your business will keep going down. Bad customer service.

I've got a daughter who is really into makeup, but I'm not as knowledgeable. Leah spent time with her, helping her pick out the perfect pieces and explaining how to use them. (And then helped me!)

Annie is an exceptional stylist. Not only is she incredibly talented, she’s also so sweet and the type of person you feel like you can just chat with. My daughter and I felt so welcome and comfortable in her chair. My daughter and I both got haircuts, but definitely plan on booking other services with her in the future. I know this review is only 5 stars, but 10/10 recommend!
